Beware fraud stealing people’s money hearing aids are to big uncomfortable and can’t hear anything unable to hear clearly try contacting them by phone and email for refund they contacted me once for a review on them which I had already done after that I can’t get a response or refund them save your money

I purchased Nova hearing aids from HearDirectClub and when they arrived, they would not fit in my ears. I have been wearing hearing aids for 12 years so I know how they work and how they should fit. These were just too big to even fit inside my ears. After 2 days of fiddling with them to try all the different heads, I emailed their customer service on how to return the product as they don't fit. It took 3 days for them to respond and when they did 4 emails went back and forth between us, they have refused to give me their return address and process, they are insisting that I keep them for 21 days and try to return them again. They advertise a full money back guarantee, if they don't fit in my ears how can I trial them for 21 days. They do not mention that you have to keep them for 21 days before I can return but they refuse to help me any further. Very bad customer service and very unhelpful.

I placed an order 9-19-25 , order#2769, and they advertised 3-5 day shipping. I even added an extra charge for faster shipping. I have not received the product, nor have I been able to reach anyone at company. The customer svc # just hangs up & emails are unanswered.

I have contacted them twice regarding a charger not working properly. It happened a couple of months ago and had to send the whole parcel back which left me without aids. Received new ones but same happening. Used to be able to buy same product off Amazon until 2023 loads cheaper same thing. Amazon can't supply them anymore. You can't shop on hearing direct or it seems on any hearing aid site now without having to talk with an audiologist. Just had an appointment with one so don't need it. Not helpful in anyway. All I need is a replacement as still under warranty. Just usual answer as being n a queue.

Ordered hearing parts in August 24 Not delivered and a number of requests for the return of my payment have been ignored. Don’t go there

If I could rate no stars I would . Do not order from this company. They gave me a faulty aid. I sent the item back within 30 days and they have ignored my request for a refund . Scam company . Have ignored my emails leaving me £1100 out of pocket . Do not buy from them.

COMMANDE JAMAIS RECU

Ordered batteries on 1st October and money was taken out of my account the same day. Still waiting for delivery 5 wks later and heard nothing from them despite having emailed three times to date asking what is happening with my order. They're crooks - avoid them if you don't want to risk a similar experience of them taking money under false pretences.

Beware of this company. I ordered goods from this company, Money was taken from my account but the goods were never delivered. I sent mail after mail to HearingDirect but never heard back from them.

An order placed on 1st October is now a month overdue with no explanation and is still shown as 'unfulfilled' on my account. It is impossible to speak to anyone as both phone lines are out of action...a complete disregard of customer service.

Ordered Signia Click domes for elderly Father on 25Sept 2024, paid £15.18. Not received to date. Emailed Hearing Direct 8Oct and received auto reply that its being `looked into'. Still no response, no order received but monies taken. UK Website tel numbers `No Longer in Service', UK website address is available for rent. BEWARE!

Order placed, acknowledged and money taken. No delivery. Phone numbers out of action and chasing emails only get automated response. It has all the symptoms of a company that has ceased trading

On the 1st October I placed an order with Hearing Direct which was confirmed. I am still waiting for this order. I am unable to contact the Company telephonically, all numbers come up as discontinued , and have had one reply from Zendesk last week after my query as to when I was getting my order.
I will definitely never use this Company again.

Order placed online 8th October 2024. Money immediately left my bank account.
Nothing arrived by 21st October. Two emails sent and automated replies received. Rang both customer service numbers. Both lines out of service. Checked Companies House and there seem to be some problems with this company. Seems likely that we have just lost £122. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Je n'avais pas eu de probleme les autres fois que faire
