Awful stressful experience with these unprofessional scammers.
I told them my order place weeks ago was for an occasion they told me they would ship and I would get the day before
Thus never happened they caused deliberate delays snd fid not sent it on time. I never received it for my occasion .
Now they falsely claim they didn’t know I had to look for the email proving they did know and snd are liars
Seriously avoid these clowns if you want anything off them
Incompetent and very unscrupulous I have been scammed they took my money didn’t send anything

I found this company online and cannot recommend them highly enough. Their jewellery is beautiful and very reasonably priced. I ordered the same item twice by accident so I contacted customer services. They dealt with the issue immediately and issued me a refund. They were also exceptionally friendly. What a great team, thank you

I ordered the moonstone meditation ring and I absolutely love it! The ring is made beautifully and it is very soothing. The customer service was outstanding and I received a very prompt response when reaching out!

Ordered a pomegranate necklace in silver, it arrived very quickly, however, it came gold. I reached out and got a very quick response! Another order had automatically been sent out and is on its way now. I'm very impressed with the care they put into fixing the mistake.

Really gutted, brought a beautiful pomegranate bracelet and a letter necklace, bracelet broke after first wear and necklace has tarnished within a fortnight, despite taking it off when washing, so disappointing as the jewellery is beautiful but is Shein quality, not worth the money.

My necklace is just a miracle, I love it.

I ordered the ring watches in the gold and silver. Beautiful pieces of jewelry! Got so many compliments! However, the gold one stopped working after a week. I emailed ❤️ valley and in a day or two got my response that they would replace the item for free. I call that awesome customer service! I will definitely order from ❤️ valley again. 😊 Thank you!

The customer service has been amazing. I did had a fault twice with the moonshine ring but love it so contacted them today the head fell off… the first one was slightly askew.. each time they have responded straight away and sent a replacement. Yes it takes forever to come internationally by post… but the people have been a delight to deal with!

I was concerned about the tracking and after reaching out they immediately responded and followed-up with each communication. When the medication necklace arrived (within a week of ordering) I was pleasantly surprised that it was indeed more beautiful in person than I had expected!!

I bought a ring. It took a long time to arrive. I tried to take good care of it and always took it off when I washed my hands. After a while, it started to change colour and became hard to spin. It only lasted about a month. Then the gem inside fell out, so I threw it away. It was pretty, though.

Hearts Valley Support has been fantastic to deal with when my daughter’s watch ring got broken. The watch ring was her favourite Christmas present this year and she loves how stylish it is! I appreciate how great they were to help and how prompt the were to respond to my email. I will definitely purchase further items from Hearts Valley and highly recommend them to others! Keep up the great service- it separates you from all the others!

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a gift for my partner on Jan 19th for their early Feb birthday. I had received targeted ads from the company, and what they had looked perfect for her. They assured 2-4 day shipping. I never received any tracking info.
They sent no further updates until I reached out. I have received 12 spam promotion emails from Hearts Valley, and they still have not sent any tracking information. They told me the item I ordered was actually out of stock through an automated reply 10 days after I ordered. (Also, they have never said publicly it was out of stock, and I received more ads for the same item throughout this period). After complaining, they said they would be receiving more and providing shipping information within a few days, which still has not been done. Overall, this is a complete scam. Do not order from Hearts Valley -- buy from a legitimate source.

After the item never arrived I received excellent after-sales service which far exceeded my expectations. Item received and more. Will definitely buy from here again.

This was the first time I did business with Hearts Valley and I could not be more pleased. I purchased several pieces of jewelry and a hand bag as gifts for family for Xmas. Everyone was extremely pleased. Candidly everything looked much more expensive then what I paid; they offer great value. From the time I ordered what I purchased everything arrived within the time frame as listed. Lastly one of the recipients is allergic to the metals in the jewelry so I needed to do a return. I wrote them and they could not have been more pleasant in working out a return. Valentines Day is less than a month away and I already have picked my selection.

I placed an order for one of their necklaces and all seemed to be fine. I allowed 2-3 weeks considering it was international delivery but then I started to get concerned, especially when I clicked on the tracking information and it told me nothing was available. At this point I emailed the company, hoping for some clarification but my email was ignored. Now I’m out of pocket with nothing to show for it and nothing else to do. Really terrible customer service, all things considering.
