This company is excellent for buying from not only was there stuff delivered fast and efficiently there after self service is 2nd to none I would definitely buy from them again

Nice quality but unwearable as is
The jumper is lovely and soft and arrived in good time. However the head hole is so small it doesn’t come any where near being able to fit over my son’s head. It’s 5-7 and he’s 6. I wrote to them straight away and never heard back. I’m now paying the same amount as it cost to have it altered.
I’ve edited to reply - I filled in the response form on the website. I have a comedy photo but there was nowhere to post it on your feedback form or here.

We've not had other reports about the fitting of this hoodie, so this is surprising to learn. We've checked our mailboxes to find a message from you, but unfortunately nothing has come through to us. We would, of course, have responded straight away had we received an email, order message or phone call and offered you the option to return for refund, which would not have been a problem at all.

Super products, well made and very cute, plus the customer support was brilliant and they corrected a lost delivery!

Hilarious slippers
The slippers that I ordered were just what I wanted. I was really pleased with them. They’re true to size, really comfy and hilarious! My friends and family love them.

This company is good
I think this company is good, the customer service team are polite, and try to resolve any problems, although my slippers i ordered had a fault there were sorted out very fast, and i had a full refund.
So Thanks Again, and i hope you get a lot of positive reviews, as you all deserve them.

The slippers purchased for my husband are very nice, with one exception, the velcro strap across the ankle is not long enough to give a snug fit, still trying to work out how to overcome this.

The products range and website are good, which you kind of expect nowadays, but what makes Heat Treats really stand out is their customer service. Bought a throw which is badly flawed…
Bought a throw which is badly flawed with weave problems. Want to return it, spoke to Lucy who said she would call me back on Monday to give me return info - now Thursday, after several attempts at phoning the which always culminates in a "leave a message" and an email - nothing. If this carries on tomorrow I'm going toTrading Standards.
