Sorry to say that the boiler was…

Sorry to say that the boiler was delivered with 3 small chips on the front panel. Yet to see how it works and its real efficiency and cost saving compare to the old boiler.

I must say we are extremely disappointed at this review and the experience that you you had. If you had called/emailed us to report an issue, this could have been quickly and easily resolved. We are unable to fix a problem if we are unaware of one.

Valliant EcoPure 830 Bolier system - quick turnaround.

Ordered a new boiler for my own property at a few hours notice.

Online ordering system was simple and bland, but very efficient.

I had my local boiler contractor pick up the entire kit less than 24hrs after ordering and process was clearly set out and smooth by both my contractor and SKS team.

All parts came with the kit and very pleased with service and response to my enquiry.

Helpful, efficient and professional

Very pleased with the service received from this company. I made a mistake on my on-line order - entirely my own fault - so I called them with some trepidation. Mooky patiently helped to resolve the problem and revise my order to the correct size of boiler. The promise was to deliver within three or four days of order, but in fact, having ordered on Monday afternoon, I got a call on the Wednesday morning just to check that someone could take delivery that afternoon and so we received the product in less than 48 hours. It was a friendly, efficient and professional experience. I would certainly order from this company again.

Helpful service

Helpful service from the store. Gave me a specific delivery time for my boiler and stuck to it. Even called me on the day to ask if I wanted to upgrade the filter at no extra cost as it was on promotion. Friendly delivery driver.

Excellent Service

Very Good Service, they kept us updated as to the delivery and the goods were delivered in a timely fashion. Very competitive price as well.
