Remote boiler installation…
I found Jack and Sharon at Heating and Cooling Group very easy to deal with. They communicated well (which isn't always the case in the construction and maintenance industry). The property where the new boiler was to be fitted was in Birmingham and is leased to a housing association through an agency and I live in London. They were able to cope with this and the installation went according to plan on the day. Jack gave good advice on the boiler required and his quote was about £1500 less than that of the firm reccomended by the letting agency for a like for like boiler. (hmm!). Phoning around, Jack's quote was genuinely competitive. They registered the installation with the manufacturer and building control, and forwarded all the p/w to me. All in all, what could have been a logistical nightmare turned out to be quite straightforward. I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

Danny Hartnett came out to give advice and quote for a new boiler to replace an ageing Baxi Back Boiler.
I was very impressed with his knowledge, experience and communication skills which generated confidence and trust in this customer.

We used Heating and Cooling Group recently to quote for and install an air conditioning unit in our bedroom. They visited to quote and were very thorough listening to our particular requirements and the unit they recommended was exactly what we required. During the installation they were very professional and very tidy. I would definitely use them again.

Heating & Cooling Group recently came…
Heating & Cooling Group recently came out to a fault on my boiler. From the lady who returned my call to Jack the engineer who attended, they were both friendly, helpful and efficient. Jack was very knowledgeable about the boiler that we have and patiently answered all my questions; he arrived when he said he would and he was respectful of our property and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Heating & Cooling and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Very Professional Company
I have recently used Heating & Cooling Group to repair a number of issues with my aging boiler. Jack visited our property to diagnose the problems and was very professional from the outset. Once given the approval to proceed Jack carried out the work to a very high standard. On time, very tidy and extremely thorough. I would happily recommend Jack and shall use these guys to resolve any future issues or help with any further requirements.

Jack and Danny were brilliant from the outset. Jack came to quote and was very realistic about the work we needed doing, but nothing was too much trouble. We had various bits of work done by Heating and Cooling after a nightmare job from a previous unrelated plumber, and Jack and Danny went above and beyond to rectify the issues and get everything up to a brilliant standard. Aside from always being on time and courteous, Jack and Danny also left every area extremely tidy. Quotes were sent through when they said they would be, we never needed to chase anything and we were kept up to date always. We will absolutely be using Heating & Cooling group again.
