Broken Boiler
Our boiler wasn't working properly and needed a check. The guys came out within a couple of days, confirmed it needed replacing due to age (among other factors), and swapped it out as quickly as possible so we weren't without hot water for long. They were super communicative, very friendly, and arrived exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process in plain English, I felt entirely comfortable just letting them crack on. They did a great job and we’ll definitely be using them for our annual services going forward.

Great service through from the office to the gentleman that fitted
They were great communication throughout explained all my options and was really quick and neat cleaned up everything great experience will be using them for all continuing servicing and repairs elsewhere if needed

Left the house with the water switched off
Booked a Sunday appointment for cheap. He turned up & spoke to my tenant, complained about the cleanliness of the house, turned the water off, left because he couldn't find the fuse box, didn't think to ask me, called me unprofessional and refused to do the job despite being called back literally immediately afterwards with the location of the fuse box, and told us to get our own screwdriver to turn the water back on. Unbelievable.

Prior to our engineer's arrival, we received a call from your tenant advising that he would not be interested in being awake or available during the installation process. Upon attending the property, our engineer encountered multiple occupants who appeared to still be enjoying their weekend, with evidence of drinking taking place within the property.
Our engineer attempted to engage with those present and requested assistance locating the fuse box, which is a necessary requirement for the installation. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided, and the location could not be identified. In addition, the overall condition of the property led our engineer to conclude that it was not a suitable or safe environment in which to carry out the installation.
At no point was work refused without reason. The decision was made based on the circumstances encountered on site and the inability to safely proceed with the installation.
Despite our engineer having spent approximately four hours the previous evening sourcing and preparing the required materials for your appointment, we still issued a full refund of the deposit paid as a gesture of goodwill.
It is a pity that you were not present at the property on the day, as we believe the situation could have been resolved quickly had a responsible representative been available to assist our engineer. Instead, the information provided in your review does not fully reflect the circumstances encountered on site.
We appreciate that this situation was frustrating for all parties. However, for any future appointment, we would strongly recommend ensuring that the property is clean, accessible, ready for work to be carried out, and that a responsible resident is available, willing, and able to assist with basic site access requirements when needed.
We wish you all the best with the installation moving forward.

Installation of shower tray
After recently purchasing my property I was very disappointed with my shower set up with it having a external pump which purpose was to remove the waste water from the shower tray which was too shallow for a conventional gravity waste system.
I reached out to Heating Heroes for advise to rectify this awful means of showering.
A very nice man called Dan came to investigate and recommended replacing the shower tray with a raised tray which he would raise on a plinth to allow space for drainage pipes within the void. My only concern was that I had very recently had a full makeover of the bathroom which I really didn’t want ruining in the process. I had no cause to worry as Dan left me with an amazing shower experience with no drainage issues and no horrible sound of the pump in action and only made my bathroom/shower look even better.

I recently used the services of Heating Heroes, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided.
They were professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable.
They carried out an inspection of the boiler, provided me with options to deal with the problem. A new boiler was replaced the next day, with plenty of time to start my weekend without me worrying about it anymore.
The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs. I was inadvertently overcharged but they corrected this instantly as soon as the error was realised.
I would highly recommend Heating Heroes to anyone looking for high-quality, trustworthy service. I would certainly use them again.
