Radek is an excellent plumber, always reliable and explains what he is doing and why. We are grateful for the very high quality boiler he installed for us, and his patient and knowledgeable help with our antiquated heating system. I thoroughly recommend him to you.

It is such a pleasure to know that Heating Principles Ltd were there to deal with some plumbing issues I have experienced in the past, I know I can trust Radek to do an excellent job at a reasonable price, moreover he and his team are very professional and reliable.

A challenging job completed to a high quality!
Radek and his team completed the job to high quality and with professionalism. When they came across any problems they let me know straight away and worked hard to overcome them with the best results. They transformed our inefficient heating and visible water/gas pipework into an efficient new system that was aesthetically pleasing. I would certainly recommend them.

Always available to help
Radek has always been able to help at very short notice whether it's a leaking radiator or fitting a new tap. Recently he fitted a new CH pump on the same day as I rang him.
