Yuji was absolutely fantastic. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He arrived very promptly and got the job done in a timely manner (despite the challenges which decided to show themselves). I have already recommended to friends and family.

Heatleaders' engineer came to my property on a Friday late afternoon to repair a faulty boiler. He was polite, systematic in his approach to the fault and managed to fix it. He was working fast and clean. At the same time he was unhurried in his approach, explaining things to me and allowing time to make quite sure that he left the boiler in excellent working condition.

We had a new boiler fitted which was installed by Yuji. He did an excellent job, was clean and tidy and explained everything we needed to know. I would certainly recommend him.

This is the third time I have used Heatleaders and every time has been excellent. I would recommend them to anybody looking for this service.

Outstanding workmanship. Fitted our boiler, he paid great attention to detail and worked All day to ensure everything worked. Very polite and hard working. Took the time to explain any concerns we had especially the simple ones. He also repaired three radiators that had not worked in years. If I could have given six stars I would have done so. I can't recommended him highly enough. If you want top quality workmanship with a helpful friendly polite fitter he's your man. You would be pushed to get better. Recommended 100% by us.

Yuji replaced an old regular boiler system with a combi boiler at my top floor flat. There were a variety of problems to solve which he did with no fuss. Easy communication, high standard of work and work areas tidied up at the end of the day. Suggestions for further improvements to the heating system were made in a no pressure, informative manner and it is clear Yuji is very knowledgeable on all things plumbing and heating related. Can highly recommend.

My Worcester Bosch boiler via Heatable was installed yesterday by Yuji.
He was an exemplary tradesman who I would not hesitate to recommend. Nothing was too much trouble.

Yuji has done our boiler servicing over the past 3 years and has always done a faultless job he will never rip you off by trying to get extra work I can highly recommend his work as he is so trustworthy and honest.

Don't be put off that Yuji looks about 16...he is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, a hard worker and he explains everything. He turned up on time and worked non-stop from 08.00 - after 17.00, making sure that the new boiler worked, and explaining about the need to replace some radiators. He cleared everything up immaculately after. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent fast efficient friendly

I recommend Yuji who has twice solved my boiler problems. A very trustworthy service provider who takes time to make sure it is not a simple problem. I would definitely trust for advice on prioritising cost effective future work as I would trust him to only reccomend work that is needed in my budget.

Yuji was super efficient & a genuinely nice courteous & polite guy. He put me at ease with having a tradesman in my home during these strange times with his Ppe & professionalism. He did a really thorough job working quickly and methodically throughout the challenging job of sorting out the electrical botch up wiring as well as his plumbing job(s) of fitting two new 2 port valves & an immersion tank to get me back up & running after 10 days with no hot water! Everything was left clean and tidy at the end and he explained everything to me regarding the job I highly recommend him without hesitation

I was a little concerned at needing a new central heating boiler during lockdown however the engineer sent by a large national company turned out to live very near me, but "Yuji" turned out to be very efficient, very considerate and did the job well within the time estimate, he left everything clean and tidy and so turned what could have been a bad experience into an entirely stress free one..... I hope he will be available to do the next plumbing job I have.

I was so pleased to have our new boiler installed by Yuji. He's a genuinely nice guy that put me at ease with being in my home and was great with my dog. We came across Yuji as our local gas engineer commissioned through ‘Heatable’ to do our new boiler installation & he was great! He worked hard & went well beyond our expectations, adjusting the pipework & fitting the new boiler higher up the wall, as we asked him to, so we could use the worktop underneath again. He turned up promptly as promised & worked solidly through to the end of the day. Very, pleased with our new Viessmann boiler with Smart Nest thermostat! Would highly recommend Yuji!
