We had a new boiler fitted by Heat Street. They were brilliant- very efficient, friendly and mindful of working in our house whilst we were there working. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price and explained everything to us very clearly. I would recommend them extremely highly.

From the very first moment we knew we were onto a winner: David put our minds at rest and met us on a level where we could understand the job at hand and what was to follow. This was a change from an old cylinder boiler system to a brand new Combi-boiler.
A clear and open dialogue followed with a very competitive price offered.
David at the team were superb, clean in their work, friendly, honest and efficient. There were a number of issues we met along the way - namely down to poor work completed in the past - but each obstacle was met with a positive outlook and we were kept informed every step of the way. Approachable for any queries and nothing was too much for the team to achieve.
The fact Heat Street are a local, family-based Company with a hard working and reliable outlook, I really don't feel you can do better.
Fully recommended for any job you need, don't hesitate to drop them a line - you won't regret it!

Heat Street fitted a new boiler and fixed problems caused by other plumbers.

Nothing was too much trouble, they explained everything and are very friendly & helpful, even when I was asking lots of stupid questions.

We had a new boiler and an additional radiator installed and if I said we were impressed, well that would be an understatement.

The two David’s worked in our home over three days and yet not once did they get in the way of our normal routine, instead they just got on with their work quietly, competently and professionally. They were so thorough in what they did and they took great pains to make sure that we understood the workings of the new boiler, the wall control and the associated App.

Their attention to detail was second to none. In addition to quality workmanship, everywhere they went they cleared up, no mess whatsoever, always so polite, so friendly and so amiable, fantastic customer service – in fact it was a pleasure to have them in our home. As for cost, I can only say that they were, from the research that we did, very competitive and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Heat Street.

Really friendly and professional. The two Davids did a great job. They turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves, explained the boiler controls so that even I could understand them and the boiler works perfectly. The price was also good compared to the other quotes I had.

Thank you to David and his team for an excellent professional service! With the boiler not working and needing replacing, cold weather and elderly family living in the house I needed the job done quickly. David was able to fit us in very quickly for a new boiler and power flush all completed efficiently with full explanation of the job along the way. All work carried out to a high standard with no mess left behind just a lovely warm house. Very thankful for the team to be able to work around all the family being at home too!! 100% recommend!!
