Premium Prices, Poor Quality, and No Follow-Up
I had a very disappointing experience with Heaven Books.
I placed an ordered and paid an average of around **180 DH per book**, expecting genuine, high-quality editions. Instead, I received books with cropped text (making parts of the content unreadable), poor printing, and very low-quality paper. The overall quality was comparable to the inexpensive copies commonly sold in Derb Ghallef for a fraction of the price. The books I received can be found in Derb Ghallaf for around 20 DH! Very low quality.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is how the return was handled. After initially ignoring my calls and WhatsApp messages, the company eventually replied to my email, apologized, accepted a full return, and promised a full refund once I sent photos of the issues. I provided everything they requested the very same day, including photos, proof of purchase, and my phone number so they could arrange the collection.
Since then, they have gone completely silent. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no WhatsApp message, no collection arrangement, and no update on my refund. It has now been many business days without any meaningful response.
My issue is not with used or budget-quality books—it's with charging premium prices for products that clearly do not justify them, and then failing to honor the promised return process.

For anyone in Morocco looking for original books at similar prices, I recommend giving Livremoi.ma a try. I recently discovered them, and they specialize in original books with physical bookstores in Casablanca and Rabat. You can go there and see by your eyes but I can grantee that the book "What Happened To You?" I received from them for just 169 DH is really good and original (less price btw).
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Heaven Books. Be cautious if you are paying premium prices, and don't expect responsive customer service if something goes wrong.
