I’ve always wanted to purchase these earrings but couldn’t get myself to spend the money, they are so beautiful and I’m glad I purchased them during their sale. LOVE THEM, so chic and classy

The case is cute BUT only comes with too she’ll. For that expensive, I expected too and bottom case. Now the bottom of my Mac book is exposed and will get scratched. Debating on returning. Way too expensive for that.

Beautiful earrings but they were a little heavy on my earlobes. I went to return them and they only offered a store credit.
I didn’t want or need anything from there website so I am stuck with a pair of $100 earrings I probably won’t wear.
Didn’t see the small print on the return policy.

I ordered a ring from Heaven Mayhem right before I had to urgently leave the country due to my grandmother’s passing. When I returned, I asked for a simple size exchange and explained the situation, but the request was denied with little empathy. Really disappointing experience — I won’t be buying from this heartless brand again. I would also never recommend any of my friends buy from here.

I very seldomly write reviews, let alone bad reviews. But I really felt that I needed to share this.

I don't know how a company can get the order wrong 3 times. First I received a faulty product in the wrong color, then they sent me the wrong color again and then sent the third replacement with the right color (finally) but it had another defect! Does the company even quality check?

I mean, I get that the company is on the new-ish side, but this is ridiculous. I even requested for a refund and still have not heard back from them after MONTHS.

Incredibly disappointing for a brand charging $70-$120 for earrings. Their designs are very chic and their brand has so much potential, so it's really a shame that they are getting so much hype for such terrible product quality and service.

I NEVER received my item that purchased from Heaven Mayhem. When I reached out to them they responded by AI it seems like an they never sent me the item nor a refund. Will contact my bank, how unprofessional and bad business! Stay away!!

I made a purchase online with Heaven Mayham. I bought 5 pairs of earrings, spent about $500. When I received my order I couldn’t believe my eyes. Generic boxes,cheap,low quality, heavy, damaged, garbage! I reached out to the company and it turns out no refunds on earrings! I wonder why? This company is a scam. You can buy BETTER earrings on Amazon for $10 a pair. The most disappointing, embarrassing, experience!

I had a very disappointing experience with Heaven Mayhem. I placed my order in February 2026, and for an entire month there were no updates or changes to the order status. Only after I contacted them myself did I find out there were “shipping issues” and that my item was actually out of stock.

Instead of informing me earlier, they waited until I reached out and then issued a refund. Waiting that long with no communication is frustrating and concerning. Customers deserve transparency, especially if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and a bit suspicious to me.

Items tarnish easily, stones of earrings fall and on top of all that they take weeks to ship orders with customer service not helping at all. Do not order.

The jewelry valu and price. Variety on jewelry and other items. The presentation of the items being shown to the visiting customers.

Bought a few pieces (clove earrings, prize earrings, baby knot earrings) when I saw the pieces on a co-worker. They are all great quality and came in a timely manner. I also received a Saie lip liner as a gift with purchase that is now my favorite. 10/10 would recommend.

I was disappointed with my experience ordering from Heaven Mayhem. When my order arrived, the jewellery box hardware was scratched and the velvet pouch was poorly stitched and misshapen.

Customer service approved my claim, but the only solution offered was to return the items via FedEx for a refund (after all that??). Unfortunately, the nearest FedEx location to me is about a 40-minute drive away, which makes the return extremely inconvenient.

Given the issue was due to a quality defect upon arrival, I expected a more reasonable resolution. Overall, the quality control and customer service experience were disappointing. I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

I ordered a necklace 1 week ago. On the website they claim it would take 3-4 days to arrive. Wrote them an email still no update or reply. Going to expose them on tiktok, because that‘s when they will response. Clowns

Awful customer service. I have been sent a faulty earring, where the back constantly falls off and I have been very close to losing the earring on numerous occasions. One of the backs is so evidently looser than the other. When I reached out, they have claimed the only thing the can offer is a discount code or voucher for my next purchase, that’s not solving the problem, that is just making me spend more money with the high risk that the exact same situation will happen again. Very unimpressed.
