Shipping time is not as indicated when checking was advised 7-10 days it’s been a month! No one can give me an answer on where my sofa is!

I'm sorry to hear about any frustration regarding the lead-time and shipping time on your order for the Moe's Roman L Shaped Sectional. I do see here that your order has shipped with our freight carrier (AIT) and is confirmed picked up as of 07/23. Our "7-10 days shipping times" listed on the website start once the item has been picked up.
I do see here that it may have taken a bit longer than original reported for the order to get out the door from our warehouse and for that I sincerely apologize.
I will have one of our team members attempt to call you now to ensure you have all the necessary information.

The rug was not is stock. We had the option of cancelling the order and getting a refund or waiting for it to come in.There was good communication regarding the status of the rug. It arrived a bit earlier than predicted and it is perfect on our deck
