Andrew Boullemier at Hegarty has been absolutely fantastic. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him and without his input and pushing the bottom of the chain the sale would have fallen through. He went above and beyond and his local knowledge of issues, and contacts in Peterborough really helped.
Would 1000% recommend him to anyone else and I hope Hegarty look after him as he’s a real gem.

It was time to review our wills, so we chose Hegarty to guide us through the procedure. The solicitor for wills, trusts and probate was very knowledgeable and advised us about the changes we wanted to make and how to do it legally. An expensive procedure but it needed to be done correctly

Outstanding Team - Very Pleased
We’ve had an exceptionally good experience with Hegarty. Our conveyancing solicitor was Andrew and he was outstanding. We had seller-side complications along the way and Andrew stepped in more than once to unblock things and support us, including drafting a deed to resolve a title-plan issue. I can say without him, we wouldn’t have completed on the property. He’d take his time to break down complex concepts and we were never in doubt about next steps.
Happily recommend Hegarty without reservations. The wider team were brilliant too—everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive and kind. House buying is stressful enough; it made all the difference having solicitors who are knowledgeable, quick and a pleasure to work with.

Despite continuous set backs and delays from other parties in relation to the sale of my property, Andrew at the Market Deeping branch, remained professional at all times and constantly communicated what was happening. Hegarty sat on client monies
Hegarty promised to discount my fee due to an earlier aborted transaction but reneged on this promise due to the partner who made the promise moving departments. This was despite the partner still working for Hegartys. I would strongly urge people not to use this firm as they procrastinate and also misled me and tried to keep my funds which were due back to me. They also use non professional people who are junior employees with limited experience

Thank you for your feedback. Client care is extremely important to us, and so we would like to clarify some points for accuracy.
Our No Move No Fee policy is clearly set out in the documents you received and signed, and it was also explained during the matter. Your enquiry was referred to the Head of Department in line with our procedures, and you were advised she would be on annual leave, which may explain any delay.
The discount referred to relates to an alleged agreement from a number of years ago. However, we can find no record or evidence of this, and this was explained before your quote was issued. We are committed to transparency regarding the fees we charge, and clients are always informed of the likely cost of their matter at the outset before we proceed.
We would also like to reassure you that we do not use “non-professional” or inexperienced staff. Our conveyancing teams are led by experienced legal professionals, and all team members are trained, supervised, and supported appropriately, and matters are progressed promptly and in accordance with the information provided to us.
We remain committed to supporting all clients and are happy to continue addressing your concerns directly with you.
