My son needed a new car and Heights was able to help him get that. John Smith was great! His communication was top notch and made the whole process easy. Will definitely refer to them.

I was inquiring about a small personal loan to consolidate
I was inquiring about a small personal loan to try and catch up with the covid pandemic. I was explaining my situation to the Manager, Angie and was concerned of my credit and what I could do. She explained in great detail the options on what I could do. She is very professional and understands her customers concerns. I will be speaking with her soon once i am able to get all items together to see about consolidating and have one monthly payment, Other finance companies I have been to do not take the time to listen and see what the customer needs are. She runs a great office and her staff are polite and considerate as well.
