It wasn’t my first visit - but my last!
It wasn’t my first visit. I had an existing loan.
But instead of being treated as a valued customer, the new corporate policies treated me as a suspect who they don’t trust.
They made me jump through more hoops to loan me a paltry $513.
My six on-time payments on the existing loan amounted to more than $1200, yet I was given less credit than previously.
I won’t return in the future.
Update:
It wasn’t a local issue. The problem came from the new corporation that acquired First Heritage.
