When I took out your consolidation loan…
When I took out your consolidation loan Nikki put the 29th for my due dateI told her over and over I get paid on the first she assured me that it wouldn't get there until the 1st, my first payment came to my bank on the 29th, I call her and told her and requested a $35.00 overdraft fee she did nothing, the next month I called her the same thing she never called me back , I called her 2 weeks later and told her I was going to the bank and close my account and would bring the payment every month she had me come in and sign for change due date to the first, it did not change payment was take out on the 29th again, I need someone to pay me my 3 overdraft fees and I will be going to my bank and change for new account I don't want to talk to Nikki any more. Plus I'm going to small claims court to get my overdraft fees and more, Please have Erica or someone to call me today ASAP , YOUR CONCERN FOR THIS MATTER IS GREATLY APPRECIATED, LILLIE FRANKLIN
