Excellent Customer Service
I want to take a moment to recognize Ross Everhart for truly outstanding customer service.
I recently applied for a loan and was ultimately declined due to a charge-off on an old loan. While the outcome wasn’t what I hoped for, I can honestly say I was not upset at all—and that speaks volumes about the level of service Ross provided.
From start to finish, his communication, follow-up, and professionalism were exceptional. He treated me with respect, without judgment, and genuinely made me feel like he wanted to help, even knowing the decision might not go my way. That kind of old-school customer service is rare these days.
If you can walk away feeling positive even after being declined, that tells you everything you need to know about the experience. Anyone looking for a loan and wanting to work with someone who truly cares, follows through, and treats people like humans—go see ROSS. You won’t be disappointed.
