I received an incorrect order but Sarah was excellent in her response and tried her best to sort the error for me . After one or two issues I will finally receive my order tomorrow but as I will then be in Canada I won't get to wear my new tights until I return home . Sarah has said to keep the wrong order so no worries about returning and it will please my daughter no end as she has her eye on them ! Although there were a few hiccups along the way Sarah kept me updated throughout and her customer service was very good . Despite my disappointment not having my tights when I should have done I will order again as I was made to feel valued as their customer.

I have used Heist tights and only Heist for many years now, the high-waisted model is simply the best stocking in the world. Great quality that lasts a long time. I do miss the discontinued fifty model a bit, but I've just switched to the sixty model :-)

Love this brand! My second pair of shape wear and I love them. I got the full body shape wear thong, super comfy and give a lovely streamline affect to waist. No bra needed a plus, and I’m a 38D! I’ll be back for a nude pair next.

Great service and instant response

Heist have always been a reliable brand for me. I can't wear other brands of tights anymore. Their prices are high, but the quality of products and customer service match this.

I love these tights - undoubtedly the best out there for comfort with their broad magic elasticated waistband that doesn’t slide down or dig in: only issue is ever that they tend to sell out in popular sizes in the key season tights (60 opaque in winter in 12s and same sizes in nude in summer !). Tried to get both last year and neither were available when I looked . Thankfully for some this winter

Got the lace tights, super cute pattern and fit well - got a small hole in them the first time I wore them but it hasn’t laddered so easily fixed.

Like others, I tried the 60 denier tights in apple green and after about a month a small hole appeared. Thankfully, the overall material still feels fantastic soft yet durable and the high waist keeps me really warm. What I especially love is the great range of colors and the option to choose different waistband heights, which makes them versatile for lots of outfits. A bit disappointed about the hole, but otherwise they’re fabulous.

I own several pairs of Heist tights - they are absolutely brilliant. Most recently I bought a footless pair - also fabulous. So comfortable and well-fitting. Worth the price for the high denier ones, they last so well.

J'achète des collants depuis plusieurs années. Rien à dire sinon une qualité et durabilité hors du commun. J'ai fini par me laisser tenter par des soutiens-gorge et j'ai été surprise par la finesse et la douceur de ces deux articles. Bon maintien sans trop serrer, je suis ravie. Il est très facile de passer commande via le site web, les expéditions sont très rapide même jusqu'en France. J'ai eu un souci avec FedEx il y a quelques mois mais le service consommateur a proposé très rapidement une solution.

The tights ripped after wearing them for 60 seconds around the private area. Terribly made. I can’t believe I paid £20 for this junk. Don’t buy.

Really efficient delivery, I’ve bought two pairs of the sheer thong, so flattering for a middle aged tum whilst still being sexy to wear. I would normally size up on more expensive but didn’t with these the medium on a 5”7 12/14 figure was great. Will buy more products as the weather changes.

Exceptional product. The shades of bare nude perfectly matches my skin. It really does not ladder even off m if there’s a small tear. The weak point is at the waist band to tights transition so don’t pull up too hard as the legs can stretch and rarely taste tear. Only complaint I have is customer care as you can only communicate by email and it takes 48 hrs for a reply

Fanastic product - I love the high-waisted contour tights and can't find anything like them elsewhere. The waistband is figure hugging without being constricting and certainly smooths out any lumps and bumps without needing to wear any other shapewear underneath. Colour range is good and I like the different nude options. Very quick delivery. Can be pricey but I recommend looking out for the frequent sales when a discount is offered when multiple items are purchased.

Their tights are very comfortable and don't feel restrictive at all because of the seamless construction.

Great quality bodysuit at a size that fit comfortably. Would recommend. X
