I ran into an unexpected problem while placing mu order. Contacted the customer support and they handled it relatively quickly, with flexible and customer-orientee approach.

I ordered a couple of days after moving house and accidently had them sent to my previous address. The new owners luckily refused to take in the parcel & so they were returned to Heist. I spoke with Sarah in customer service & she was absolutely fantastic! She arranged for them to be delivered to my new house and was so lovely and friendly to speak with! Now I can not only recommend the tights to people, but also let them know that their customer service is also second to none :)

I have been wearing Heist Nude tights for years. They are the best because the colour match to my skin is perfect, they’re comfortable, don’t cut in my waist to give unsightly rolls and bumps and they stay where they should. They’re also great all year round due to the low denier but this can also be annoying if you catch them with a snagged finger nail or my daughters Velcro shoe causing a hole so that pair is in the bin. However, the tights don’t ladder so if the hole is somewhere that isn’t visible, you can still wear them.

Comfortable and sleek

I love the tights, but had a slight problem when one pair were really small (ie I think it was wrongly sized - I was really uncomfortable that day. I explained to customer services and they were really helpful. I was able to get a refund. The correctly sized tights were really comfortable. I am waiting to try the mid rise but sadly it seems to be out of stock!

Heist make the best tights!
The high waisted fit is brilliant and so flattering, giving you a smooth line under your clothes. I also love the colour palettes they do.

I love these tights- hard to wear other brands once you’ve got used to Heist. Even ones that have the same shape and style (Boots, for example, used to do some ‘comfort’ tights) just aren’t quite as good.

The only reason why I dropped a star was because of the toes- they’re not very well designed for either comfort or durability. They need to be better engineered to mould around the toes and also be reinforced.

Har tidligere været meget tilfreds med dette mærke fordi deres strømpebukser sidder godt og har været meget holdbare. De sidste par gange jeg har købt hos dem har dog været en skuffelse. Strømpebukserne går i stykker og løber i syningen ved tæerne efter få ganges brug. Til den pris har jeg andre forventninger og jeg kigger mig om efter et andet mærke nu. Pasformen er dog stadig i top, men kvaliteten lader til at være faldet markant.

Having gotten my first pair of Heist tights I was amazed how easy they went on. They are a top quality fit and feel. Lovely packaging aswell . Will continue to buy only Heist from now on.

I love their products. I bought my first pair of tights in 2018 and I immediately ordered more! I have multiples of every colour and style, I have their underwear line as well. Their tights last longer than any I have ever worn before and when I sometimes get a little hole by the big toe I can mend them and they keep on going! I can’t imagine wearing anything else! I just ordered the newest colours, can’t wait to wear them.

Also a big shout out to the customer service team. They have helped me with sizing, applying discount codes and with delivery service. Well done.

Great quality product despatched efficiently

I was given a pair of Heist tights as a present a few years ago and they have lasted all that time! I purchased a few more (the double fishnet is gorgeous) in different colours/pattern. They are incredibly comfortable and look amazing. Best tights on the market!
