I've used other hair dye shampoo previously, but opted to use Hela Hair as it advertised as having no chemicals. Well the Black/Brown make my hair black for 4 days, then it began fading. By week 2, I touched it up with dark brown. My hair became frizzy, dry and unruly. I had to do deep conditioning and oil treatments multiple times a week to restore my hair. I'm not planning to use the remaining product, as I'm afraid of losing even more hair.

I received a defective Bottle, but Helahair were quick to response and resolve. Love the product & so does my hair :-)

I had tried to access a shampoo with the qualities and performance of Helahair and been disappointed but decided to try one more time. So happy with the results. Easy to use and the colour blended perfectly with my own hair. Thanks guys.

This product works! All my greys are covered. I did use the product a couple of times to give my hair a reddish tint. The only thing I would say is that it does make the hair a little dry. so make sure you use a good conditioner. The product arrived in a timely manner and the experience has been great. I highly recommend Hela Hair if you want to cover your greys. I like it better than the hair dyes you buy in the store.

The light brown shade I chose didn't work well on my white roots. Customer Service helped me get a replacement in dark brown which did the job well, with the nice light brown result which I was aiming for. Very pleased.

Only had the colour on for 10 minutes. Have washed hair 5 times since applying it, and colour still good. Am on a cancer drug ( methotrexate) so was nervous to use a strong hair colour as afraid I might loose my hair. But all good. Highly recommend it.

The hair dye came with ear protectors and brushes which makes it easy to use. Am very satisfied with the end result. I have even ordered some for my mom too.

Excellent customer service and product

DO NOT BUY!!!! This product is awful, it smells so bad, like rotten food. I have washed my hair 3 times with regular shampoo and I can still smell it! Worse still, their 90 day money back guarantee means NOTHING. I have stated I am not happy with the product, the smell and the fact my hair feels like straw and they are not willing to refund, I can return the products at my own cost to the US even though it came from Kowloon. DISGUSTING SERVICE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

After purchase customer care does not exist. Send 2-3 emails for refund because of the wrong colour, but not received any response.

I tried dark brown. This smelled so strong and stung my scalp.
The small amount of peppered grey I had was bleached, along with the rest of my roots. They tried to gaslight me that it shouldn’t have bleached my hair and I chose the wrong colour
The money back guarantee is a lie. They only return your money if you post the product back to the USA. For me that would have cost $56AUD and the poor quality product I got cost me $75

Hi, Overall the hela hair for ease of use on beards/ stubble is good, no mixing , just shake the bottle well & remove to small plastic bottle insert, ordered light brown, coverage took minutes, lather in, i stook tissue up each nostril because of a mild chemical smell when applied, didn't reach the desired colour after 25 minutes application time, so Charlotte from customers services has arranged a bottle of medium brown to be sent out free of charge to see how a darker shade goes, very kind! Overall I'm pleased with hela, no nasty chemicals in the product, Vegan friendly ingredients, non animal tested, yay! Keep an eye for good offers, I bought one with an extra two thrown in, which hopefully will last a year, would defo recommend, no staining the sink, or hands or towels, Win! Win!

The product Black Brown really is very good. Am happy with Black Brown color. Easy to use and is very good quality. Great customer service. Very highly recommended.

I received this product & it is not as described. I have contacted the seller numerous times within the return window about a return & refund. There has been No communication from this company . I believe it to be a fraudulent company. I tried to dispute the transaction but since I was trying to do the right thing & go through the seller first , the dispute window with my bank has past. I'm stuck with a product I cannot use nor return for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

I was pleased with the shampoo because it was not messy. It doesn't take a large amount and it covers the gray completely.

Quick delivery, competitively priced, product does exactly what it claims to do, good quality hair and beard dye , brush on , wait a few minutes then wash off and get even consitent colour coverage, very happy with this product
