Beware of HeliosTP: A Nightmare in Disguise
HeliosTP? More like Helios-Take-Your-Money-and-Run. This so-called trading platform is nothing but a cesspool of deceit and thievery, preying on innocent traders and leaving them high and dry. Let me spare you the agony of experiencing the horror firsthand and delve into the abyss of my woeful experience.
My journey with HeliosTP began with hopeful aspirations of financial gain and market success. Little did I know, it would spiral into a nightmarish ordeal that drained not only my pockets but also my time, energy, and even my health.
After investing significant resources - both financially and emotionally - into evaluating their platform, what did we receive in return? Betrayal. HeliosTP didn't just fail to live up to their promises; they actively engaged in fraudulent activities, leaving countless traders in the dust.
As if stealing traders' hard-earned money wasn't enough, HeliosTP took their deception to new heights by banning our accounts without rhyme or reason. When confronted, their response was nothing short of a slap in the face: they brazenly declared their inability to provide access to our live accounts, effectively trapping us in a web of deceit they had woven.
It's not just about the money lost; it's about the trust shattered, the dreams crushed, and the havoc wreaked on unsuspecting traders. HeliosTP is not just a failed investment platform; it's a cautionary tale of greed and deceit run amok.
In conclusion, steer clear of HeliosTP like the plague. Save yourself the anguish and despair of falling victim to their nefarious schemes. Trust me, the only thing you'll find at the end of the HeliosTP rabbit hole is regret and resentment.

Firstly, your funds were not seized. You were refunded your account payments made at our partner firm, Earn2Trade. A compliance review was conducted on your account as well as a personal interview with you to determine whether you were actually trading the account.
Unfortunately, your account is associated with a group that has been breaking our terms and conditions and committing fraudulent trading activity by having others trade their accounts for them. In these cases, we have had to spend extra time with compliance and background checks.
It is against both our policy and those of our brokerage partners and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange to provide incorrect personal data, and have others trade on your account. There are strict regulatory requirements governing whether or not someone is permitted to trade for someone else. Our policies are very clear and so are those of our brokerage partners and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
We do not appreciate the fraudulent activity of your group, nor the poor review you've left us. In the future, if you wish to partner with another prop firm we would suggest you do your utmost to abide by the terms and conditions that govern that partnership.
After successfully completing my test
After successfully completing my test, I received an email from Helios informing me of the need for an interview. They suggested a date and time that do not suit me. I promptly informed Helios of my unavailability and also inquired about the purpose of this interview, considering I have already undergone one to confirm my identity. Now, I am wondering if it is standard procedure to have an interview every time a test is passed. This is truly discouraging regarding my investment in these tests. Furthermore, I have not received any response to my initial email, indicating a lack of professionalism on their part.

I recently encountered a significant issue with Helios that has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service. After reaching out to them regarding an urgent matter for my funds that is block on my Risepay account, I was met with a complete lack of response and unprofessionalism.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Helios regarding the issue, including emails , I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, the unprofessionalism displayed by Helios in handling this matter is concerning. As a customer, I expected a level of professionalism and accountability in addressing my concerns, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
Overall, my experience with Helios has been deeply disappointing, and I would caution others against using their services if they value prompt responses and professionalism.

Sadly we were not able to work and connect a trader whose risk assessment is so high to the live markets. Our company connects traders to the CME and to actual brokerages operating in the United States. If their business operations prevent funding a certain individual, we are also not able to process the accounts of said individual. We are sorry that this is causing you distress, however, the absolute most important thing in the industry is staying compliant to financial regulation. This was duly communicated and explained to you when you raised your concern.

I passed my test, he sent me an email for an interview.
I had an interview after which I received an email saying that I will only have one live account no more.
OK no problem.

We have conducted a compliance review on your account that included an interview to help us determine whether it is indeed you trading the funded account you received. In the review you were found to be part of a bigger group who fake their identity. That goes strictly against our ruleset and compliance, so you were denied any further account with us and you received a refund for your last purchase with Earn2Trade.
