The vibrating ring stopped working after using it two times. The charging process shows battery full with light on, but does not start anymore.

I really dislike how clunky HelloCake's subscription service is. It is impossible to put a subscription on pause.

Poor flavor choice
The cake I received didn’t match the description. I ordered a chocolate cake but it tasted more like vanilla. Delivery was on time, but the misdescription was a letdown. For the price paid, I expected something more accurate. Just not what I wanted. I don’t think I’ll order from here again.

Faulty device upon opening and charging - quick fix
I have enjoyed HC's products for a while now (solo equipment). After getting married, I encouraged my wife for us to use a vibrating ring to spice things up a little, well it did spice things up. Long story short, the first device got worn out, and then the second one too. When I received our third toy, I opened it and charged it first like I did with the others. When the light was solid, I unplugged it and checked it. It did not work at all. I repeated this step and still, no charge. I was bummed but my wife even more so. I contacted HC and they understood and quickly sent a new one, which works like a charm. Big thanks for the quick fix HC! I will continue using your products, even my solo equipment for time on work trips!!! ;-).

I look up the numbers that they gave me for shipping it says that they have not received it they're still waiting for you it's been received to the post office they have printed a ticket but nothing has been sent to them it's been over a month now I think I've been trying to get this first they sent me something that was not even what I ordered and now they said they were going to send out the right thing a weekend
