I've purchased three products and every single time they quit working or just really suck and this nothing was done no replacement or anything so I believe I will bringy business else were I get reliable products that lasts

my toy had a malfunction, and so I emailed your team and they responded very quickly. and also took the time to ship me out a new one. very satisfied with the customer service & the product! thank you!

The product is not bringing me any joy, and it is not working as advertised.

One of the items purchased (Little Sucker) did not perform/provide any enjoyment/value or stimulus for my partner. I don't think you can return a used bedroom toy but it was most dissapointing and was not even physically noticeable by her. I would not buy this again or recommend that anyone else do so either!

Since I can’t leave a review on the site. The RX libido lift does not work. Do not waste your money!

The complaint I have is not about product efficacy, but more alarmingly it is about privacy violation.
I told no one that I had ordered from this company. Upon standard review of my records to check in with my chiropractor, this med (labido lift) was LISTED UNDER MY MEDS. Again, I had not shared this information with anyone, let alone my chiropractors office.
I’ve emailed Hello Cake, got a response that it would be looked into. Then another email telling me that they are still looking into it. After a week and a half, I have no answers. It’s alarming that an answer can’t be found.
If you value your privacy, avoid this company.

This batch didn't give me the same warming sensation as my 1st 3 bottles.
After reading my review, a member of Hello Cake did reach out to me with an offer to make good on my experience.

Hello Cake gives people the ability to make a real change in their sex life. Even if it’s a stereotypical marriage with super duper complications. Go at your speed and go at your partner’s speed at the same time. And then try to bring those together.

My order came within a 8 days. As always, the product is the highest quality. Also the new dispenser is easier to use and gives a good amount with each pump.

I had a terrible experience with Libido Lift rx for women. It did nothing to improve my libido and I suffered terrible side effects, including pain in my arms and legs, back pain, headache and drowsiness. These are all side effects of the active ingredients in this medication. And again, it did absolutely nothing for my libido.
