Really enjoyed the space, it was roomy clean and had all the amenities needed for my stay.

Great location, room was clean, bed was comfy! Gym had what you needed. Staff was helpful and always there when you needed them. Place felt safe, code to get in to lobby, elevators and room. Highly recommend.

Great service, very responsive, and I didn’t expect (Walter) one of the guy working for Landing to bring me new towels and bed sheets, which I thought that that was really awesome because I like my stuff clean. Also (Luis), one of my assistant for booking was really helpful, and he helped me walk through everything.

This company is very service consistent and goes out of their way to help you. There properties are very well managed and maintained and they are very open to sort difficult problems out. Ann and the team at Denver were awesome ! Highly recommend.

After checking in, we had an issue with the furniture layout in the bedroom, but Shemeka was extremely helpful and responsive, and placed us in a different unit right away. Will definitely book here again, very nice unit. Everything similar to the online pics.

We were looking for a furnished apartment to rent. We called Rye at Bunker Hill Apartments in Garland, Texas and they referred us to Hello Landing. We spoke with Gustavo who was extremely well informed and told us everything we needed to know about the rental process. All of the Landing apartments are fully furnished. His enthusiasm was contagious and he answered every question we asked. Gustavo was extremely helpful. We are very excited about the apartment. :)

The location is near many restaurants, and others convinces. Seven minute drive to downtown Denver.
Tha building and the unit itself is impeccable.

We loved everything about our stay. The best linens, the bedding, the layout, the parking, the neighborhood, the staff, the amenities THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE was exceptional!

Warning to anyone booking long stays with this company.

I tried to book a 30-day stay and they charged my card immediately. Only after taking my money did they tell me the reservation required additional verification because it was over 30 days.

I completed the verification process exactly as requested… and they still denied the reservation.

Now my money is locked up for 10 days while I wait for the refund to process.

Charging a customer first and deciding later whether they’re approved is a terrible business practice and creates a huge inconvenience for customers who may need those funds to book somewhere else.

Very frustrating experience. I would be extremely cautious booking with this company
