Efficient, professional, helpful, best change I have ever made. So grateful I found them online and opted away from high street agents. Can’t recommend them enough!

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Mark and his team. I had a reasonable mareket valuation of my flat and what was important that Mark was able to let my flat for that amount, unlike other agencies who provide unreasonable valuation and then tell the landlords to drop the price below average market rate.

I have used the high street agents before with some limited success, however I have found Letio to be excellent, full service agent, with a personal touch

Without exception the Letio team have been extremely approachable, efficient, reliable and personable. Making this move was a big decision for me but I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Letio who have sorted all the issues, supporting me every inch of the way.

As a first-time landlord, I was quite apprehensive about the process of renting out my property. However, my experience with Letio was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning I got call from one of the directors of the business and Mark provided me with all the guidance and support I needed to navigate the process with confidence. He was always available to answer my questions, ensuring that communication was clear and consistent throughout. Most importantly, he assisted me in securing a reliable tenant at the advertised price, which was a significant relief.

As a nice bonus they have an app that allows you to track all of the finances including payments from the tenant and any of the expenses (including invoices) incurred throughout the tenancy.

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Letio and would highly recommend their services to any landlord seeking an stress-free rental experience.

Great experience! I really loved Letio's approach in helping both the landlords and the tenants to have a better experience in the process. The entire team was super reactive and hard-working, and I felt taken very seriously which as a student is not always the case. I can definitely recommend Letio!

I cannot recommend Letio more highly. My initial call was responded to immediately and being able to speak to someone at the outset was a good start. I had sound advice from a member of staff who is clearly very knowledgable, also open and sincere, trust was established on first encounter and I would not hesitate to call upon Letio again.

We had a very good experience renting a house with Letio; due to refurbishing in our existing house we had to find a suitable short term rent while the works were being carried out. The team were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The entire process, mostly online, works great and avoids lengthy exchanges of emails and paper. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Letio in the future if we ever need to rent or let a property.

My wife and I used Letio to let our property in London recently. We’ve been using another estate agent to let our property over the last 9 years and decided to leave this review based on our recent experience dealing with Letio. Firstly, we wanted some work done on the property (i.e. painting, damages fixed etc.), which Letio organised and managed. They appear to work with a fantastic team of contractors who did an amazing job and even helped with disposing of old furniture and fittings we no longer needed. We didn’t have to worry about anything as Letio took care of everything. It was such a relief! In addition to being so efficient, everybody we dealt with at Letio was so professional. It was such a pleasant and refreshing experience. Thank you Letio!

i have found letio fantastic. A breath of fresh air in the UK property market. They really support and go that extra mile to provide service to you and support and not just a post box like others. They have guided me through everything and always reach out to me even if its a small item when needed. I have great trust and have had a really great result from using Letio.
