Chicken Licken Rosebank..I always phone in to order chicken because I work 5 minutes away from the store, on Friday 21st November 2025 I was using my manager's card to pay. I tapped and it required a pin so I asked the lady to to please cancel while I stand aside and call my manager, she was extremely rude and shouted at me making me look stupid in front of everyone her name is Nonduduzo i think. And for the past month I have found their chicken to be having an unpleasant smell, I don't know if it's the blood or the chicken was off, the salsa and atchaar are both also not fresh they are slimey..
Please fix your service, how you speak to people.

Calvin Klein bags- damaged unhappy customer

Good evening,

I trust you are well. On the 24th of October 2025, I bought a CK bag. On the 6th of November 2025, I returned it to the shop because it started peeling off on the bottom sides. The store manager, Mahlatse, took pictures and sent the bag to their head office for an assessment. On the 19th of November 2025, I went to the store to check on the progress. I was told the bag would not be exchanged because their bags are of quality, and Calvin Klein has never received a complaint about their bags. I am very disappointed with the service and outcome, as they said I was careless with the bag.

I have checked the complaint reviews on Calvin Klein bags, and there are many bags with the same damage as mine. All I needed was for my bag to be exchanged, not a refund. Please assist I can send the pop and pictures of the bags.

BULK FREIGHT SHIPPING CONTAINER SALES AND CONTAINER CONVERSION

We were looking for a second hand shipping container and on 11 November 2025 we came across a advertisement on Facebook of a company "BULK FREIGHT SHIPPING CONTAINER SALES AND CONTAINER CONVERSION", but they are involved in Identity theft as we spoke to the owner/director of mentioned business and she have quite a few people whom this happened to as well. They together with a transport company "Nkosi Logistics Services" works in conjunction with this scam and after we have paid R36800.00 which included transport, they tried to get us to pay another R14,720.00 for insurance on the container. We refused and "BULK FREIGHT SHIPPING CONTAINER SALES AND CONTAINER CONVERSION" said that they will carry the insurance cost. Well it didn't end there, about a day after that, we got an invoice for an End User Certificate to the amount of R6,857,00 and we must obtain a police clearance certificate also for them to bring the container cross-border (provincial borders that is, KZN, Eastern Cape then Western Cape). Up to 18 November 2025 we have not seen a photo of said container, got no other information on the container, so how are we supposed to get a police clearance? Please be aware of these 2 businesses and their modus oparande.

Such rubbish

Such rubbish. I booked a moving co on the strength of all the 5star reviews. After they turned out awful I went online and saw other review sites had accurate reviews averaging 1-2 stars and similar experiences to mine. I wrote a review so that people on HelloPeter could see they are not great... and hellopeter took it down offering no explanation other than their policies. You cant rely this nonsense

Application for international police…

Application for international police clearance.
My wife applied for international police clearance on the 15 April 2025.The application was received on the 21 April 2025 in Pretoria.The clearance certificate was finalized on the 5 May 2025.We received an SMS on the 5 May stating that clearance was finalized.I went in every month to the Verulam police station where the application was made to enquire about the collection of the clearance certificate.We were advised to use Aramex shipment (23000149502076816) shipment number.
We have not received the clearance to date.When I enquired why it is taking so long...the officer in charge said it takes time. We are now approaching the 7th month and still no response. In essence, the application / clearance will now be null and void as it is only valid for 6 months..... another cost involved.
We are totally helpless with our beautiful South Africa....our SAPS
Very disappointing..... Will we ever receive proper basic services???? Kindly advise. Thanks

Dr K. Essel - Glynnwood Hospital - Best of the Best

Dr. K. Essel at Glynnwood Hospital is truly one of the best gynaecologists I’ve ever been to. He’s incredibly patient, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He always answers my questions with care and makes me feel like I’m his only patient. I feel so blessed to be under his care. If I had known how exceptional he is, I would have chosen him for my first pregnancy too. He’s thorough, compassionate, and always willing to help. I’ll continue seeing him and recommend him wholeheartedly to every woman I know.

Zoomflex fibre is done me wrong as a…

Zoomflex fibre has done me wrong as a customer for the 2nd time now. 1 st time they increase the recharge bill WITHOUT mere mail, call or even text; brought the matter further to their attention they only responded after my calls, mail after 10 days(to their convince). Today 14 Oct 2025 my monthly services has been 'suspended due to non payment'; paid on the 04 Oct 25. Meaning I paid for 10 days only; though I paid/ recharged for an entire month. Their watsup( rude) and call customer services are the worst.

Pay R599 or you cannot reply?? HelloPeter's racket.

As a business owner, I found HelloPeter’s platform frustrating when dealing with a factually inaccurate and defamatory review. Despite notifying them via their report system that the content was false and defamatory and requesting its removal or correction, no action was taken. HelloPeter replied that the complainant had confirmed the facts and that was satisfactory to them, but that is a circular argument to ask the person posting the defamatory content whether their content is defamatory and untrue. They would never admit to that.
The only way in which a business can reply to a false and defamatory reply in instances like this is to subscribe to HelloPeter for R599 per month. So a business is required to pay for a right of reply. Non-paying businesses like mine are unable to reply publicly, which limits our ability to address such issues fairly.
This practice by HelloPeter raises concerns under Section 5 of South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA), which grants data subjects the right to request the correction or deletion of inaccurate or misleading personal information. This situation can potentially cause ongoing to harm unless businesses pay for premium features to respond or mitigate.
Overall, this model feels unbalanced for small businesses seeking equitable resolution.

Pathetic Buffalo Courier Service

I have been promised a pick-up of an international order within 2 days after requesting it. It is more than 14days and there has not been any pick-up. Communication is very limited and incorrect, when provided. I'm likely to lose my purchase refund amount because of Buffalo. One can only talk to call centre agents, and I'm told I cannot speak directly to management to escalate the matter. I have spent time and money following up, with no luck. The service is totally unacceptable.

I had some horrible experience with one of the banks despite constant communication with them via emails and calls i still did not get any assistance, put my review on HelloPeter and within days they had called and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you HelloPeter

Click Superstore Ltd. Operate with a website and eBay as sellers. I ordered a £160 bird bath on the 1st May 2025. To date I have nor received the item or a refund despite numerous requests. The company owner Shane Walji is now refusing to reply to my requests. I urge customers to to think twice before interacting with this company

Bought sunlight bar,im using it to bath i opened a new bar to use then my daughter had a rash on Wednesday on Thursday i started having a rash too on my chest,until it went up my face on that Saturday my face started swelling i ended up having a severe allergy i went to a doctor on Monday got meds,i contacted customer care on whatsapp about this matter she told me i must go to a dermatologist they need to have a report that my allergy was from their brand which is i think it was a cold reply,where am i gonna get money to go visit a dermatologist again,unilever u need to check your products please sunlight bar have small white thingy inside it.....

Rentoza is one of the worst places you can do business with, phone got stollen or lost and i went to go make a case at the police station, so i filled in their papers submit every, so they send me a invoice of A R1004.83 wich i paid because i have a active subscription, 2 days later the want to tell me this..

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing experience with incompetent staff who were unable to explain how my review allegedly violated their guidelines, despite my direct inquiry. When challenged to clarify, they went silent. The platform fails to deliver the services it claims to offer. Their accusations that my review breaches terms are completely unfounded and unsubstantiated. Overall, a deeply frustrating and unprofessional customer service interaction.

Very very bad service Flixbus and rude drivers

I booked a bus by Flixbus from Berlin to Prague late at night. Firstly my bus arrived late and not on time but when ai thought it wa shim that arrived the driver yelled at me: “ No English “ as I tried to ask him if it was the correct bus because my eyes are bad at night and I could not read the number on the bus. He showed me to go away and then I kept on asking if this was the train to Berlin and he just said: “No” and closed the doors! Later I found out it was indeed my bus and then I tried to contact Flixbus but they were not helpful at all and did not want to give me a refund as I do not think this was my fault. This also left at 01:00 in the morning on a bus station with no where to and no trains still running. Truly disappointing Flixbus!
