I love using Playbook.

They make investing and monitoring those investments easy!

Playbook has been a great service for me. I’ve used it for over a year now, and it has helped me automate my savings, investments, and retirements with ease. I highly recommend it for anyone who’s looking to automate their saving in a tax advantaged manner.

Phil made the onboarding experience useful and pleasurable. I also very much appreciated seeing him use the onboarding experience as a learning opportunity for the company to continuously improve their product and customer experience. Certainly makes me want to continue being a customer!

Amazing product, even better team, and an organization that is dedicated to continually providing better experiences. I have used Playbook for over 2 years and I have seen the feature sets expand while the support team continues to work even hard to resolve niche financial challenges that I have. You won't find a better experience from any of their competitors. I know, because I have tried most of them.

Playbook allows you, regardless of level of knowledge when it comes to investing, to just “set it and forget it”. Full visibility into what type of investment strategy is in play and support team available to address any questions or concerns.

I had reached out with inquiry about where the funds were going and support team was patient with me to answer my questions exhaustively.

I loved the animations that made it easier to understand how my money flows and which buckets to fill up first.

Way over priced. The UI makes the service seem fake. Canceling was a nightmare. Also why are you asking me for the dates? You should have those already.

It does its job and makes planning for big life events much easier. It’s not perfect - far from it - but it serves its specific purposes very well and I look forward to seeing how it grows and evolves.

Perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to spend the time moving money around to where it’s most advantageous or for those who don’t know where to start with managing their money.

Great customer service as well. I had a small issue changing from their monthly plan to the annual one. They got back to me in a reasonable time and helped me out quickly and friendly.

Unable to speak to anyone about a missing transfer that was deducted from bank account. Discontinuing use until resolved.

I initially had some difficulty setting up my accounts. The interface was simple and intuitive, but I had a few complex situations that weren’t options. When I got an email offering a live onboarding session, I was pleasantly surprised and even more shocked when a live person hopped on a zoom to walk me through my specific situation ( not a conference call with 100’s of people, but a 1:1 video meeting). Was not sure if this product was right for me, but after the responsive customer service I am really finding the value. I have different tools for tracking my spending and savings, but playbook helps me see if I’m maximizing my investments. Exactly what I was looking for.

The app is still young and there are some kinks that need to be worked out. That being said they're on the right track. Once the product becomes a bit more mature it would be 5 stars. The team is great and very responsive. In a year or two this will be a fantastic product.
