In their website they promoting that a yearly subscription is $170, but when I checked my account they charged me $230. I cancelled imediately and had to send many emails in order to get my money back.

I submitted a ticket for an issue that should be easily resolved. The support never answered my follow up questions. They instead closed out my ticket.

The support is absolutely horrible and I would love to tell anybody and everybody to not use this company.

You can't change simple things like an email address and trying to get an answer is non-existent. I hate using HelloSign/Dropbox Sign...whatever the name is.

Stay away and do not give this company your money.

This company supports scammers. I am constantly getting invoices for things I didn't order. It is like daily. I need to report to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.All have been people trying to scam me

Received an unsolicted email from hellosign. Never purchased anything from them. I have used docusign years ago, its lame, and I never have paid them money.

Like many others I received an unwanted email supposedly from HelloSign saying they had processed my payment. I never heard of this company and assume it is a fraud. If Hellosign ia a legit company they need to warn the public about this scam.

Just received an email from noreply....mail.hellosign.com which appears to be a scam to extort money from me by asking to sign a document which is an invoice for $666 for a fake business email and a fake USA based phone number. The payment claimant fake email in the email sent to me is from .............pandai.in

I did not click the link sent to me in the email.

When I checked via Google, many others have received similar emails. Someone has hacked in to Dropbox or Hellosign and acquired my email address.

So, Dropbox or HelloSign server has been probably hacked. What protection these businesses are providing is questionable!

I have just received an email supposedly from someone named Susanne Crooks at Dropbox signing, informing me that they had successfully processed my recent purchase of $483.61 and that my coins would be available, after I had reviewed and signed the invoice.

Needless to say, I did not make any such purchase and it did not appear in the history of where the payment was supposed to have been generated from.

This was definitely an attempted scam and whether or not this person was genuine and whether they knew of this attempted scam or not, their security is disgraceful and I should definitely NOT have received this scam email.

My recent experience with HelloSign has been nothing short of a nightmare. After encountering a critical issue with their document signature functionality, I was unable to send out time-sensitive documents for signature, which severely impacted my business operations.

Despite clear documentation, the platform consistently led to numerous errors, causing significant disruption. Additionally, the lack of effective support and resolution prompted me to consider switching to a different e-signature service.

The inability to fulfill such a basic function reflects poorly on the reliability and capability of HelloSign's services. Ultimately, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will not hesitate to seek alternative solutions. It's bewildering that a company specializing in e-signatures could fail so miserably in delivering on its promise.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering HelloSign for their e-signature needs, as my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.
It appears this is once they switched over to Dropbox - that's not clear.

I run a contracts company and rely heavily on tools like HelloSign and DocuSign. DocuSign actually works better for my company needs, but I prefer HelloSign's interface.

You cannot download your data automatically from the platform. We have reached out to them so many times for support as we needed to cancel our contract. They have limited the API key and did not offer any solutions. We were stuck within the contract and couldn't cancel as we were afraid to lose our documents. I would NOT recommend to anyone this company.

I realized at some point that I somehow had 4 completely inactive accounts with them for about a year. They didn't want to reimburse that to me. It didn't matter to them that they hadn't provided me any value, as long as they can take my money, they're happy with it. I'm still open to a resolution, but they started ignoring my emails.

I would suggest looking into DocuSign instead. And also avoid Dropbox, which is the same company. Google Drive is much better any way.

Have never worked with a worse software vendor. They seem to have lost 8,000 of our contracts.

Their API tells us how many we have, but that we have to add a filter to our query because there are more than 10,000 results. After we add a filter, the total magically drops by 8,000 regardless of how we filter.

Their support team was responsive initially but has been ghosting us for almost a month at this point, which has cost us another $2,400 because we need our contracts before we can cancel our service.

They also don't have any phone numbers, so they just continue to ignore our follow ups on support tickets at their convenience.

Save yourself the infuriation and go with DocuSign!

Catastrophic service, I have an annual contract of more than 10,000 euros and despite that the customer service is the worst I have seen in my life. They don't answer emails and when they do it's 5 days later with a copied and pasted answer that doesn't answer the question at all. In 5 months I still have a dozen emails without any answer. Their site is horrible to use, it is slow and often bugs.
Their permission system is the worst and most non-functional I have ever seen, it is impossible to collaborate with several people on this tool.
Honestly I am looking forward to the end of my contract to go to Docusign or whatever else.

Bought by dropbox and 10x'd prices, great way to reward customers of 4 years or more.

Whew, what a disaster. Sold on a deal that changed. Tried to contact the rep that sold our company the HelloSign services and then found out that you can only email the company. No calls, no support... What? We found out they lied on the way our billing would work and they milked our company for thousands of dollars a month.

Once we discovered it and asked them to make it right with a refund they send us a link to the terms.

In 2022, this is unacceptable. I would never recommend their services. I would rather be part of a class-action lawsuit for these kinds of business practices.

If you are here reading these reviews, wondering about saving a little money, you can cross HelloSign right off your list. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache.

Worst UX and non-existent support. Plenty of other solutions have better UX options, bought it because of native KEAP integration but frankly it is not worth it. After purchasing multiple licenses on a yearly subscription asked for support and they advised me to join the webinars. No options for APAC users unless I wanted to jump on at 6am. Asked if anyone could help and they said unfortunately that was the only option for a quick demo.
Don't really write reviews but wish I was advised against this before purchasing.

I just order 2 tickets to largo florida 103. Dollars per person. They charge me 753 dollars. I am fighting this.. Something went wrond .has anyone had a problem like me?

Terrible - I have a paid subscription - I keep getting this error "add a field that is not a date" no customer chat to help you just have to email and hope someone comes back to you in days I presume. No proper online help even - so beware. I cancelled my sub - will try a proper company,

Today was the third outage in a month
