VORSICHT
VORSICHT! Seit 3 Wochen versuche ich ein nicht gewolltes Abo zu kündigen.
Es werden alle 2 Wochen 14,99€ abgebucht.
Kündigungsversuche verlaufen mit dem ChatBot im Sande, nix passiert.
Es wird hingehalten, vertröstet, auch ein Versuch die Mailadresse zu ändern (da mein Provider, mit der ich mich da angemeldet hab, den Dienst eingestellt hat) funktioniert nicht, es wird ein Code an die Adresse versandt die ich nicht abrufen kann. Der Hinweis darauf: auch null Reaktion.
Es wird hier bewusst alles ignoriert um uns User, die mal nicht aufgepasst haben oder so, dauerhaft abzuzocken.
Ich sehe da auch kein Mehrwert als User und es ist schon eine Frechheit, das da ein ChatBot agiert und sich sonst niemand der Mails an nimmt.
Also ganz dringend ----- Finger Weg !

I only agreed to the first 4usd forecast and I didn’t agree to the 9.99usd analysis so I closed the window, but they kept charging my credit card !!!! 9x !!!!!

Vorsicht Falle- betrügerisches Vorgehen
Ich habe der Abbuchung von 99 Cent für einen IQ Test zugestimmt und werden alle paar Tage Beträge zwischen 7,99 und 9,99 abgebucht. Auf meine Mails reagiert man nicht!
