I’ve dealt with many helpdesks over the years, but this one truly stands out. The support team is quick to respond, genuinely friendly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure my issue is resolved.

What impressed me most is their professionalism combined with a human touch — no robotic replies, just clear, helpful answers tailored to my situation. They also follow up to ensure everything is working smoothly, which shows they actually care.

Helpful Tool that is easy to use

Very easy platform to use! We have significantly increased our productivity and decreased our time to respond/help our Users since implementing this platform. Overall I will rate Helpdesk 5 out of 5 stars and strongly recommend for other mid-sized businesses. Thank you Helpdesk!

Easy to use

we’ve been using HelpDesk for a month now, and I can confidently say that its ticketing system is one of the best we’ve encountered. The interface was clean and user-friendly. Tracking tickets is also very straightforward. The dashboard clearly shows the status of each request, and we love the ability to filter tickets by priority, date, or status.

It does the basics well, but advanced features are lacking.

Starting new tickets and finishing them is easy enough, even the porting of information from LiveChat.

However, they offer an extremely limited Macro feature. If this was done better, it'd be an easy 5 stars.

Make the switch!

Since switching to HelpDesk, I’ve seen a significant increase in customers reaching out for support on this platform. The software is quick, easy to use, and—judging by the engagement—my customers find it just as intuitive. While overall conversions to sales have improve, the ease of communication and efficiency of the system have definitely enhanced our customer service experience.

Please let me use the old system. that worked

The older system that was included in my livechat subscription worked much better for me.

The new one is way dearer and complex for my needs, it cost me many hours to set up and have found so many bugs. and opened multiple tickets

It's nothing but an expensive frustration for my micro business.

they are now bribing me to get a review.
I replied to the invitation asking do they really want one from a very unhappy customer?
The answer was the usual rhetoric.

it will be interesting to see if they come good with their offer. and with the system they released and starting charging for way too early.

Guess what you guys, this is the future!
