Perfect scenario if able to pay off quickly
If you use this loan for it's intended purpose (quick payday loan) it works perfectly. Borrow $1000.00 and pay off within a week, only pay $50 to $60 fee and call it completed. Not everyone is in that position, however and I can see where the higher interest fees would be shocking if you end up making lengthy monthly payments. Seamless transaction and was very helpful in taking care of an unexpected emergency situation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am 100% convinced that this is not legitimate company. I applied for a loan and got approved for $1,500 in the beginning of June of this year. They seemed alright at first. But I did have to negotiate my monthly payments a lot. They told me that I have automated payments every month for 12 months of$150.00 . I told them that was still to high. But I was willing to try for the 1st couple months and see if I could make the payments. I also asked if we could not set my account up for automatic payments. They told me that wasn't an option. That should have been my 1st clue that this isn't a real lending company.
I received my loan the next day. Then 2 weeks later I get a notification. That I am going to be having an automated payment deducted, in the next 3 days %299.99. I was like what!? I called them to get clarification. And they just gave me the run around. And that is signed an agreement for this payment amount. And these payments will be automatically deducted every 2 weeks!! I told them I can't afford to pay over $600 every month. At most i can pay $50 a month. They informed that this was none negotiable. Everytime i get a notification of a upcoming payment. I call them begging and pleading to lower a reasonable amount. The refuse and again inform me, that i signed the contract. So I went to my bank and told them the situation. And we put a stop payment on helpful lending.
In between all this i did my own investigation. Everywhere I looked about helpful lending. It all would say the same thing im going through. They lie, steal, mislead you. They make promises they have no intention of keeping. They are charging these outrageous interest fees. So that you are never able to be debt free from them. The interest fees they charge are anywhere from 200% to 500%. Which is incredibly illegal, especially since they never ever disclose this with you. They also do not report to the credit bureau. That you have received and paying off a loan with them. Which by the way is extremely illegal!!!
STAY AWAY FROM HELPFUL LENDING!!!!

I was not told that I had to wait 4…
I was not told that I had to wait 4 days to re apply for my loan.When I was on the silver tier i've had two loans already and they wouldn't allow me to get the amount I needed that I would have qualified for I find that to be bad customer service lack of information but everything else is fine

Don’t like the repayment terms
Don’t like the repayment terms. For $1100 I would have to pay back over $12k for the life of the loan. I think they can improve and not charge so much interest.
