Placed an order for a nebulizer, and still did not update order status or ship 3 days later. Chatted with online rep, and was not able to obtain status because department was closed. Ended up cancelling order. Would not recommend.

Although I'm enjoying your product, your notification system is terrible. I didnt get any alerts that my shipment was on its way until almost a week AFTER I had received it. Even the day before receiving I had gone to the website and all it said was processing. Then, last week (almost 2 weeks after receiving my product) I get an email saying it's shipped. The product itself: wonderful, best I've had so far. Your system of keeping your customers informed: highly lacking.

Item was perfect, shipping could improve
Item was perfect, operates as expected. Only issue was with shipping. Expected ship time was not listed. The options for free shipping could not have been slower then Ground Home Delivery which I paid $24.57 for. Ordered on the 13th, order updated to shipped on the 15th and did not receive till the 23rd. Received via Fedex - would have been faster with USPS.
