Long Time Customer

What more needs to be said... the great customer service,the products I adore and use, some I need some I don't. I have been a customer for many years. Some of their newer products are just really innovative. I'll always come back to Hemper for my pleasure smoking accessories.

The Customer Service Representative…

The Customer Service Representative resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. My order had gotten lost within UPS after the initial scan. The CSR got a replacement shipment initiated immediately after investigating what happened

The Legend of Sandi

Imagine if you will a strange and mysterious alternate reality. A realm not unlike ours yet also somehow different…uncanny…almost chiral, as if your psyche is being methodically rearranged by the very passing of time’s steady march in this confusing perversion of entropy and tuxedo cats and weed smoke…

This, my friends, was the strange vista as observed through my half-coffee’d twice-baked peepers, cursor taunting me, hovering above the “send” button like some alien parasite in wait of easy prey, more for the sport of the kill than the pang of the gut.

Now as a refined man of refinement, I am of course a “see a button, press a button” person whether emergency or happenstance if it involves instructions beyond the pictographic…it’s bonafide.

I then beheld a most misguided morning of dabular research taken too far from the perspective of the villain in my own bongtacular story. Not unlike Oppenheimer, I unleashed the stony hubris of a thousand Cheech & Chong movies manifest, only in flesh and bone on a too cozy couch in the chilly breeze of the San Francisco Bay. I am become Baked, destroyer of IQs.

Then She came. Like a kaleidoscopic supernova of humanity mainlined directly into my cerebral cortex, a radical shift in perception and good vibes seen in her commanding wake like the pull of a needle in a help button junkie’s thankful arm. Some call her Sandi the Sticky Situation Slayer…Others, Sandi 5 Stars, aka Sandi the Super Handy, aka Sandi Sparkle Smiles, aka Sandi the Stupendous Emperess of the Dankistanian Interplanetary Funkpeople….we’ve all seen her generous portfolio of aliases, heard whispers of her cavernous cornucopia of names in tongues innumerable and lands unseen…she is a monolithic legend earned in the trenches of comments and ratings, a cosmic manifestation of nature’s good will in the face of a cataclysmically high stoner’s thc addled shiticane of dumb.

She was to prove her mettle that day, mighty is her patience magick and strong is her pun game, my stony mind was no match despite Herculean stupidity applied with gusto on my part, repeatedly…she handled my dankest attempts as if she studied chill-fu with an ancient Shaolin bro-monk, a black belt in patience with the wisdom of The Dude. Sandi really ties the room together.

And this, my trichome covered cohorts in cannabis consumption, is the 100% true origin story of The Legend of Sandi, the customer service representative with a heart of gold. Never forget her Internet, because many things change with the endless horizon of times eternal shores, but stoners? Stoners never change. And in the face of such an intellectually existential threat as the evolving stoner mindset, we must counter with the will of the warrior. In the battle of high potency waxes and pure THC-A, in the theater of the stoned brain, and if you can find her, maybe you can hire the S-Team. Sandi, that is, and don’t you forget it.

Sandi was very patient with me

Sandi was very patient with me, thank you for your excellent communication and understanding of my needs.
HEMPER phone lines were down and Sandi was the only person there to help with customer service. It was a lot of back and forthwith emails but it worked out in the end.

Scam

I ordered a Street Alley cat bong on the 8th of December and it’s still not here on top of that they gave me a tracking number but it does not work anywhere I try it. Iv reached out a handful of times and nothing at this point I just want my money to buy this Christmas gift that is late in a store or an actual legit company. Because this is unacceptable and ridiculous. you would think they would have better communication between company and customer seeing as this was almost $200

Overall happy and loved the quality

If it ever says error with your shipping just reach out to customer support, they updated me that an item was out pretty quickly and it shipped fast. You do have to be a little vigilant. The cleaner and item I got for my boyfriends Christmas present was perfect.

Amazing company

I’ve gotten 4 bongs from hemper and they’ve all have been beautiful quality and they’ve always shown up in mint condition and this one it didn’t the customer service team was extremely fast and helpful and my replacement has already been given a tracking number

Broken item in my hemper box…

I had a broken item in my hemper box and I sent an email to the customer service email and it was responded to very promptly and professionally by Sandi. I am happy with how easy it was to resolve and they were great! I just had to snap a couple pictures of the piece and that was it.

They sent me an email that my points…

They sent me an email that my points were about to expire. I had over 2k points. Went to log in to use my points or buy something so they didn't expire...too late. And was told there was nothing they could do about it because they had no control over the points system. So, they will be quick to take money from you, but spend more, or you lose all your accumulated points.
