Really rude reply to my first review, and all updates. I expect the same to this one.*** Apparently giving out info about customers locations online is cool with them. Pretty sure it's illegal.*** Their response is as expected. *** Nice to see they went in and removed my location to comply with the law.***
"We shipped it Monday morning at the earliest possible time". You printed a tracking number after 5pm. Why would I believe anything else you say about shipping when that alone has been proven false.
Imagine working in customer service and being this angry about a single customer not being happy. The more they come and argue, the worse your customer service is. So come back and say some more nasty things.

Good morning Angela,
Thank you for your updated review and entertaining anecdote. Unfortunately this one is also riddled with falsehoods.
Like I told you the other day, and like the tracking email you will have been sent upon shipping told you, your order was shipped on Monday the 5th in the Royal Mail building post box 4 minutes away from our shop. The final collection in this box is 6:30pm Monday-Friday.
However sadly due to the snow and frost it will have been sitting on a cage as part of their backload and only underwent its first scan, in England, on Monday just past.
These delays are not a secret, Royal Mail have announced them on their website and social media platforms. We have also seen it with other orders. Moreover it is not unusal for snow to cause shipping delays, we have seen it in previous years also.
I'm not sure exactly what you think we gain by holding customers orders back a week for no reason but as you can see from the other few hundred reviews across the web, the overwhelming amount of them are lauding our fast delivery and same day shipping service which we are very lucky to be able to offer with a Royal Mail building in such close proximity to our bricks and mortar store.
However if you are unhappy with your experience, you can send your order back to the returns address on our website for a full refund, including your original shipping fee. I trust that will satisfy your curiosity.

Can you reach out to the team and let us know how your e-liquid was “not as described?” I’ve also checked your tracking information and your order was shipped at the first possible opportunity on Friday (you ordered at 9.41pm on Thursday evening) and was delivered 2 working days after shipping which is in line with the shipping terms you agreed to upon ordering, what it says on the product page and at the checkout and at Royal Mail’s busiest time of the year no less. Your order was not late in any way and I explained this to you in an email a couple of days ago. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to the team and let’s keep the reviews factual.
