HenriClarke is by far the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced as a customer. The product I received has absolutely nothing to do with the description or the advertised size. Size “L”? More like “Lie.” The material is cheap, the workmanship is pathetic, and the overall impression is that I’ve bought something from the cheapest street market. For the money I paid, I expected at least a minimum level of quality and accuracy, but instead, I received an insult to the customer. This company is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business – zero professionalism, zero respect for their customers, and a complete lack of accountability. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise everyone else to stay away unless you want to be scammed and disappointed.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a shirt and it was far, far too small and the quality was diabolical. (I've genuinely never bought a worse quality garment). The packaging is also from another company--not from Henri Clarke--suggesting there is some dodgy dealing going on here.

Customer service then then tells you you must cover the cost of return postage to China (which will obviously be hideously expensive), and instead offer you a 15% refund. This is a blatant scam and they are banking on customers not wanting to foot the bill for return postage.

agree with others, scam. Sent childs size clothing, no tag, not quite what the photo looked like but somewhat close, impossible return process, cutting my losses. I chose them for what seemed a good deal but got totally ripped off.

I strongly recommend not to order from this company. Clothing is o very poor quality, labels are removed, size sent to me was not Large but something like XS.
Trying to return the goods ends up in a e-mail conversation where the company tries to offer some discounts, but not giving you a address to send back the order. This very much looks like a complete fraud to me.

Yeah. Total scam. Clothes took two weeks longer to arrive than the stated 10 working days. Missed the holiday I was planning to use the ‘linen’ shirt for. All labels cut out and fairly sure it’s polyester.

Ordered back on Jun 14, still have not received the product and its been over 2 months now.
Customer service keeps telling me it's "on its way" and the tracking has it sitting in Atlanta to be handed off to USPS, but it's been that status since July 3. The USPS tracking states they haven't received and the CJPacket (never heard of them) shipping has it in Atlanta being handed off to USPS. I tried calling CJPacket myself but they will only talk to the shipper - telling me the shipper needs to put in a lost item ticket. I tell them that and I get the same answer "its on its way".

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Cheap rubbish from China that took an age to get here. Asked for full refund, tried to give me spiel from an AI bot about a refund to the amount of 50% which i refused and sent the items back, they've since been delivered and now not heard a word back. Scam.

Absolutely shocking nothing like the website , total Chinese rubbish , wrong size I ordered a large and this is a xtra small , the quality is awful , the stitching is missing in places

Appalling firm. Terrible shopping experience, took weeks to arrive, when they came they were the wrong size, I wrote to them a day or two after I placed the order to say I wanted to cancel as I had read the terrible reviews. Advised I couldn’t cancel even though goods had yet to be despatched. Knew they would arrive and be the wrong size. They were of course on arrival the wrong size. You have to return at your own cost which takes weeks and they don’t respond to mail. Take my advice and swerve these chancers.

This company is a scam, a Chinese website posing as a UK site.
Your drawn in by the price, choice of sizes available and the site itself looks authentic.
Briefly my shirt took two weeks to arrive,from China, which I didn't expect. Two sizes too small, labels ripped out. I'm deflated and angry with myself being taken in. The shirt is going to a charity shop.

Terrible quality garments. This is clearly some drop shipping outlet geared up to rip you off. Have requested a refund, but have little hope of receiving it. Avoid.

As per others experience, a complete scam from the ground up.
I thought they were based in the UK, their website is smart. It's a typical Chinese scam though

Received a shirt that’s a different cut and style than I ordered. The tags have been cut out meaning it’s from another another brand that they are re-purposing the shirts from. Very low quality (I wasn’t expecting much, but you can always hope). The fabric is super thin and stitching is terrible. Some hems aren’t completely hemmed, the stitches aren’t all straight, and there are loose threads in multiple places.

No response from Henri Clarke when I messaged them about a refund.

This is a scam, avoid at all costs. I wish I'd seen this before being roped in by a very convincing Instagram advert.

Ordered. Then within 1 hour got in touch to cancel. I was told my order had been put "on hold" pending my decisions as to whether I definitely wanted to cancel.

I again replied to ask for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be processed. Next day I receive an email telling me that my order has been shipped. I queried this immediately and was told "While we did note your request, your order had already been processed and shipped before the cancellation could be applied." How convenient for them... and completely the opposite to being "on hold".

Apparently I am "welcome" to waste yet more money returning my order for a full refund that I'm sure will never make it's way back to me.

Their policies and terms are worth nothing.

Don't get suckered in like I did.

Horrible customer service, clothes which arrived only after 9 weeks were in no way close to what it looks on the website. The same pieces only in different sizes even had different cuts and labels. It's a pure scam.

The Henri Clarke site is a scam.
I ordered a linen shirt after seeing a very impressive ad on Instagram.
I checked to see if it was a scam by looking at their website. It seemed to be 100% legit and based in the UK. Unfortunately, it isn’t.
The shirt that eventually arrived was nothing like the shirt in the photo. It was extremely poor quality, and bore little resemblance to the item advertised. I ordered a men’s large, but the size that arrived I would rate as a women’s extra small. I couldn’t even get it over my shoulders.
Of course they stop replying to emails when you ask for a refund or to have the correct size shipped to you. I’m currently looking for the address of a UK office so that I can send them a solicitors letter. However, it looks like they don’t even have one.
They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this sort of a scam, but this sort of thing seems to be very common in the Internet age. It’s time government took action.
In future, I will never buy after seeing an advert on social media again, without First checking on Trustpilot

Something very off with these guys. Full refund promised on the site, but then absolutely no response when i asked to send back my items. Weird messages about the shipping cost being too high to return. Finally an offer to pay back 15% of what i paid if I posted back the items. But no address given and now no response again. Stay away!
