If I could give less than a star I would . A complete con . Not a closing down sale of high quality shoes but a direct supply of cheap shoddy shoes from China . Very difficult to navigate returns and customer responsible for returning goods to China . So much for a closing down sale . This company should not be trading

The company takes your order , takes your money and as by magic your order doesn’t arrive, I ordered a grey dress with polo collar size extra small, what I received was a grey sweater with a hood in a size to large for an elephant.
The website is AI generated and appears very genuine. Beware !

AVOID !

An inferior product in terms of quality, which offer shoes not true to size (I ordered an 5 but much closer to an 4) and misleading advertising - Free 30 day return is not free! You have to pay the shipping cost to return to their warehouse in China!

Like most reviewers on here I too was scammed. Taken in by the claim that the company was old and well established, based in London.
After I checked tracking noticed that the goods were being sent via China, emailed the company and was reassured that it was just a storage issue.
Shoes are very poor quality, certainly not as described. Obviously reading these reviews I will not be returning them, as will probably be out of pocket. Please avoid!

This is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY from this company. cheapest nastiest product. no refund (20% is not a refund) and charge you a fortune to send back.
clearly have a fake trustpilot review claim on their site (no clickthrough) possible. You might as well put your money straight in the bin!

Buyer beware. A total scam. The shoes look lovely on the internet with the feel of a UK brand. The product is poor quality and comes from China. The company will do anything possible to stop giving you a refund (took 3 emails to get info to return) and when it finally comes to it they have to be returned tracked to China before a refund in full will be given! Cost £20 to return items!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company very misleading photographs. My shoes arrived one pair definitely was not a size 39 more like a 36 very poor quality. Demanded a refund and after several emails they informed me I need to ship it’s just cost £28 to return items to china

As with the other reviews the shoes (I ordered 2 pairs) are not leather, smell horrible and of shocking quality. I too was taken in by the slick Instagram site which had no reviews. They say they are established since the 80's that rising costs have forced them to close. Whereas they are based in China. I note most of these reviews are very recent, I think we were all duped at the same time and I suspect the site will close to open in a different name

Shoes are very poor quality - nothing like the pictures online and they do not honour returns.
Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam company:
- goods took forever to arrive - clearly sent from china & and not from the reputable UK company based on the Fulham road that they appeared to be
- cream 'cashmere' jumper is clearly acrylic. there are no labels in it whatsoever
- the brown 'leather' hand bag is clearly pleather and very cheap looking
both items are unwearable/usable.
I've asked for a refund but like others were offer a 35% refund if I just kept the goods... which are awful. laughably, they try to 'sell' the environmental impact of their approach vs. sending items back to china & offer to plant a tree... words fail me.
in the small print of their returns policy it says all items must be returned with tags on... but obviously none of them arrived with any tags on so that's an impossible request.

Similar to other reviews. This company misrepresents their brand. Shoes are of poor quality and take forever to arrive. The return address I have been given is seemingly for a hotel in China. Avoid at all costs. Scammers.

This company is portrayed as a family run british company but its not. Products are poor quality and not worth the sale price let alone the original price.
I have requested a refund and been offered 10% of the full price is paid and to keep the shoes.

Comes across as a lovely London based company but the shoes are from China and awful! Avoid at all cost. Not leather, packaged terribly, took ages to arrive. They will refund if you post the item back to China but they offered me 30% refund to keep them!

Comes across as a well established UK company however poor quality shoes shipped directly from China. Sizing was wrong and delivery took forever. Got an offer of 10% discount however needed to request a full refund 5 times before getting the return address. Is in China and postage at my cost so not financially worth it. Shoes are in the bin - avoid!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. When they arrived they were cheap and substandard. The return address onthe parcel was the West Midlands so that is where I have returned them too? However they say you must return to Asia. They offered me 10% however I will be taking the matter up with my credit card.

Saw beautiful looking shoes on Instagram, no reviews on here, but took a chance.
3 week wait for delivery. Shoes were in sale (?) approx £40 each pair. Very hard and stiff material, fairly cheap looking, obviously not leather, but didn’t expect that.
Would return, but it was at my own expense and postage to Asia.
