Lack of Customer Care , bad attitude
I purchased a new ring from their catalogue , £265
Only wore it for special occasions , after 6 months the ring snapped in two places !
I took it back to the shop for them to inspect .
The owner guy said I must have damaged it myself !
I explained this wasn’t possible but he insisted it was my fault !
I tried to engage with him and ask if he would repair it free of charge !
He said no , so now I have a ring I can’t wear that only lasted me 6 months ! It’s not the ring itself that’s upset me it’s the awful rude attitude of the owner guy who wasn’t prepared to give an inch on customer service !
Rigged survey for positive reviews
I already wrote a negative review regarding their customer service and its policies, but recently I received an email asking if I’d recommend them. Naturally I went to the “0-not likely at all button” and it wouldn’t do anything, so I was forced to click on “1” and THEN it took me to an error page lmao…(the link is 24hrs old) I tried a few times and it wouldn’t go through, and I’m not about to try giving them a 10 for the sake of an experiment, but I’d bet if I tried a higher score-it would magically register.
I dunno if they sold the company-but it’s an absolute sham and all their new fragrances smell the same…nauseatingly floral and sweet.
Find another brand-this one went downhill fast.
No Returns,awful scents…
I RECEIVED BOTH "Dave" & "Torn" fragrance. Highly disappointed, the scents smell NOTHING like site suggests. AND, upon receiving and disliking them both, Henry Rose DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Guess I should've seen that somewhere (must be small print). You'd think if a celebrity like Michelle Pfeiffer puts her name on it, then it could be trusted BUTthat is not the case. It's just another celebrity adding millions of dollars they don't need or deserve for themselves.
Stinky and non-returnable (sigh)

It’s Henry Rose’s fault that 3 of the fragrances in the Warm discovery set were truly awful, and just part of the experience that the other 2 were not my type.
Of the 3 that were really bad, they were giving Heavy Old Spice, Diaper Rash Ointment, and Tide Pods. (shrug)
I wanted to exchange the discovery set for the other one to try, but my only option is to buy another and throw the Warm in the trash. I’ll instead stick with the other clean brands I know I can trust.

I accidentally ordered the same sweater twice. they emailed me about my order & I replied I only wanted 1, cancel the 2nd but both were mailed. I asked to return the one sweater for a refund. they answered they would credit me for half the price but I could keep the sweater. I don't want the 2nd sweater, I want a refund. Very poor customer service never buy from them
A company run entirely by bots
This company has to be entirely run by bots. There is zero customer service. I will not buy from this company again. There are far better options that actually make an effort to demonstrate that they value customers and want repeat business

This company’s phone listed online is not correct. This is a horrible company to contact!! And after multi emails I never heard from this company. Would absolutely not recommend ordering this perfume online!!!!
Scammers: The Worst Ever in Clothing Industry
All you have to do is compare HenryRoseNewYork.com with GraceandJax.com and they have the same exact story with virtually the same cheap products that will probably fall apart in less than a year. Neither site states what fabrics they use; the things I ordered were the cheapest polyester with inferior sewing and I didn't receive three items and have yet to receive a refund for them nor my entire purchase. Their so-called discounts are more than one should pay full price for these inferior products and good luck trying to return things! They both have going out of business sob stories on Facebook and state that they've been in business for 21 years (more like 2 months). Scammers through and through!
HORRIBLE Service
Love their scents but their customer service is HORRID!!!!!! Why do they not have a tel number to call instead of just an email that NO ONE answers??? I ordered 2 10 ml scents and neither one of them was filled up to the top. It looked like someone used them, then returned them and then HR resold them to suckers like me. I have emailed but no replies back. The shitty customer service will be their downfall because their customers will shop elsewhere. BOOOOOOOO!!!!
Terrible customer service
I was really excited about this perfume but sadly I got it sent to me as a gift from a friend and the company snet me the wrong one. I emailed them more than 3 times without any response or help. They have no other contact except the email ( WHICH THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO). I recommend ordering from sephora instead so you at least get adequate customer service.
Orders...
I placed two separate orders and got confirmation on both. I eventually got shipping info on one of the orders and asked about the other order numbers, several times. Instead of sending the order they issued a refund. I didn't ask for a refund I really just wanted the order. Not only that what they did deliver the first order it was delivered to the wrong address I found it but am very dissatisfied with all of it. Spend your money elsewhere!
I ordered a product that was never…
I ordered a product that was never shipped. I reached out and asked for a refund, at which point they sent me shipping information for a totally different person, order, and address that was delivered to a person 4 days earlier. I replied back that it wasn’t for my order or address and again asked for a refund. They responded back asking for my address. They did finally issue a refund and claimed they also shipped a replacement order, but I have not received it. I strong suggest buying this product through Sephora rather than direct from the company. It is clear they are not equipped to manage direct to consumer orders.
They sent half my order
They sent half my order. I have emailed 4 times. I keep getting " we appreciate your patience, we are having shipping issues, we will get right back to you" and no one ever does. So I got my sampler but my 3 menage a trois are not shipped and I guess I may never see them. I have asked for a refund. That was answered with a we will get back to you in 48 hours. No help on Facebook or Instagram. They all just say contact hello@henry rose. I would expect better out of michelle Pfeiffer I would expect better out of a supposedly premium perfume company. They continue sending me offers to buy more buy more I just would like what I paid for or my money back. And for Pete's sake get a customer service department and fire the shipping dept. Update: july 16th After I sent an email today that they had lost a customer and that I had reviewed them unfavorably they refunded my money for the portion of my order that I didn't get and said that they had already shipped the remainder of the order. Never got any notice they shipped anything. Oh well. They really need to work on their customer service and service in general. I will raise to a 3 since they made it right.

I placed an order to gift my daughter on her birthday. I had previously ordered 5 times before. When the confirmation came, I found that they had used my credit card address for shipping rather than my daughter's address. I immediately notified them to correct the shipping address. It was less than an hour of placing the order. I received a generic response to my email saying someone would get back to me within 48 hours and that they were offline on weekends. I did not hear back within 48 hours and sent another email to customer service. They responded that it was too late and I could return the order (at my own expense) after I received it. I had NOT been notified that the order had shipped although that is what they had done on previous orders. An hour after this exchange, I was notified the order had shipped to my home address not my daughter's address.
Product Defect and Missed Customer Support Opportunity
I received an 8ml travel sprayer of Jake’s House as a birthday gift from a friend who purchased it through Nordstrom. After storing it properly and opening it for the first time, I found that most of the product had leaked due to what appeared to be a faulty sprayer collar. The formula had also thickened into a gummy, syrupy consistency. I reached out to Henry Rose customer support, hoping they would stand behind the quality of their product. It took nearly two weeks to receive a response with the conclusion that there was nothing they could do and that it would need to be returned to Nordstrom.
While I understand that returns and exchanges need to go through retail partners, the response was disappointing. Regardless of where a product is purchased, I would expect a brand to stand behind the quality and integrity of its own product. Being told that Nordstrom was responsible for resolving an issue caused by packaging performance felt like I was being passed off. The formula and packaging was clearly damaged due to a defect, not mishandling.
As someone who was genuinely excited to experience Henry Rose for the first time, this was a letdown. I’d encourage your team to consider how customer service might better support customers in situations like this, especially when the product is clearly defective. It may also be helpful to loop in internal teams like Product Development and Quality right away, so they can investigate and help prevent similar issues in the future.

Are there any negative numbers?? If there were that’s where I am at!!! I sent my bottle of Queens & Monsters to them bc it did not spray out any perfume. So they now have the bottle that I paid for and I cannot seem to get to anyone on the damn phone to get it back and I want it back…hell I paid $120.00 for the bottle. I am very close to having my attorney contact they and then they may answer bc it’s been over a month and I want it back.
The fragrance is amazing, but god hope you don’t have a problem bc you’ll be screwed like I am at the moment. I would expect better being it’s from Michelle Phiffers company.

I have ordered Henry Rose products for the last several years without complaint. This most recent order I never received and I have emailed them four times without a response?? There is no telephone number-does anyone know how to reach these people? This is so ridiculous.
I wish I could leave zero stars
I wish I could leave zero stars. I was supposed to get a travel size and a full size perfume. I only received the travel size but the delivery shipment says complete. I have emailed the company 10 times. I used three different email addresses just to be sure. They never answered my emails or rectified the situation. I am planning on putting this into small claims court, even though it will cost me more than the perfume. I am not letting them get away with this. I can’t imagine from reading past reviews how many people they have scammed. Michelle Pfeiffer, you should be ashamed.

This company shipped me a bottle of cologne. It was damaged in shipment. The box was damaged in shipment. I contacted the company and they never got back with me or tried to do anything to make this right I do not recommend Henry Rose.
Nonexistent Customer Support
So disappointed! Never received my item because it was sent to an old address and I could not get in contact with any support person from Henry Rose(I sent many emails to their “support” email address and never heard from them). Usually companies have a preview page before confirming an order but they do not - which is why I didn’t catch the incorrect address. Genuinely disappointed because I’ve heard great things about the product but wow. No customer support whatsoever.
