We booked our weekend to London for my SIL 30th birthday. It was very easy to book, we were given plenty of choices to choose from.
We all had a great weekend. The apartment that was chosen for us (5 in total) was the perfect size and in a great location.
The cocktail making class, was great fun and the staff were lovely and friendly.
The boat party we all had a fantastic time, again the staff were friendly, great atmosphere and the food was decent too.

April was fantastic in helping me create the best hen do experience for my sister. She answered all my questions (which their was a lot!). When we arrived from the transfer to the accommodation, the rep that came to check in with us and the cocktail making experience, I just couldn't fault any of it! Thank you so much

organised experience for a large group. Unfortunately, the trip was impacted by a number of issues from arrival through to departure, which caused significant stress and disappointment.
On arrival in Spain, our airport transfer was over an hour late despite being advised beforehand that the transfer company would track our flight. There was no proactive communication regarding the delay and we were left trying to locate the driver ourselves after travelling since 1am.
When we arrived at the accommodation, reception was closed and we again spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate somebody to check us in. One of our group members has mobility issues and accessibility requirements had been discussed prior to booking, including conversations regarding ramps, lifts and accessible rooms. However, the apartment provided was unsuitable and lacked appropriate facilities. Including no shower making hygiene very difficult and steps to apartment.
The accommodation arrangements overall were disappointing, including missing bedding and unsuitable sleeping arrangements for older members of the group. 2 apartments for 8 people. One oh which only had 1 room and 2 older members had to sleep on a sofa bed. Due to the various delays and issues encountered, parts of our planned itinerary were disrupted and time we had intended to spend enjoying the hen weekend was instead spent resolving problems.
Further issues occurred at check-out when we were refused luggage storage despite being advised before travel that this would be available. This caused additional stress and disruption to our departure day plans.
Whilst the company did respond once contacted during the trip, I was disappointed by the overall handling of both the holiday itself and the subsequent complaint process. Throughout the complaint responses, there appeared to be a continued effort to place responsibility onto third-party suppliers rather than acknowledging the overall customer experience arranged through the company.
I appreciate that travel issues can sometimes occur, however the cumulative effect of the problems experienced throughout such a short trip had a significant impact on what should have been a special celebration.

We recently booked a hen weekend in Brighton through this company and had a good experience from start to finish. The team were helpful and responsive during the planning process, making everything feel easy and stress-free.
The weekend itself ran smoothly, everything was well organised, and all the venues and activities were great. Everyone in the group had an amazing time, and it made the whole celebration really special.

From start to finish the communication from L and g events was great, no questions from me were too much to answer, they were efficient and friendly. They really put my mind at ease as booking a hen for so many people was completely out of my comfort zone. From the activities to the property they booked us/ was spot on. The itinerary worked perfectly and we all had a fantastic time. Timings of the activities worked well, in the morning to not waste the day and the other in the afternoon which gave us some down time so it didn’t feel like everything was happening at once. I had to make a lot of amendments through out and none of it was ever a problem for the company- they sorted the lot. Very stress free and easy process

I was majorly panicking about my sisters hen party so decided to use Hen Weekends and honestly the whole experience was so smooth and everything was taken care of.

During the booking my original coordinator left the company, which I didn’t find out about until I emailed her to request a change - I thought that would have been a disaster but my new coordinator Heather stepped right in and helped me make changes just a couple of weeks before the hen weekend. Communication with her was incredibly good and she assisted me with each step of the process and offered some great suggestions when I was stuck for ideas.

We went on an alpaca experience and had afternoon tea for my sister’s hen. Both locations were stunning and right next to each other which is very helpful! I genuinely felt like my sister was really spoilt and I got all the credit for choosing such lovely venues ;)

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company - takes all the stress out of hen party planning so completely worth paying a little more for such a great experience.

We all had an amazing hen party in Disneyland Paris. With the help of April organising and sorting out a crisis with our initial hotel being booked in the wrong dates, we got a new Disney partner hotel and loved the experience of Disney

The house itself was stunning, beautiful in fact
However, we as a group found several issues with the cleanliness of the property
There were 2 dirty great cobwebs on a bedroom wall right opposite the bed in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor and the other was in the right hand corner of the window leading to the top floor bedroom.
None of the toilets had been cleaned properly as there was noticeable grime to the back end, top of the seats. One sink had dark hair all over it. One of the ladies noticed that the bath on the 2nd floor had a leak while another lady commented that the shower leaked. Top floor we had to flush the toilet several times to get it to flush
There were ants on the window sill and around the radiator in the conservatory.
Half of the radiators didn’t work.
We found the cutlery drawer had not been cleaned & also had dark hair in there and several dishes and plates had to be re washed by us before we could use them as they were not clean.

Not what you would expect for a 5 * house

We were glad that the owners met with some of the group as they were shown how to start and use the hot tub, although the male owner stated that he was not made aware that we had requested it

In regards to your service ( a hen weekend service) leisure group.co.uk, we found that primarily we had a fantastic response but that quickly dwindled down to pretty much nothing and we had to keep chasing, we were also at first given wrong details for the owners

The hens do that April organised for us went without a glitch and all of the activities arranged were absolutely brilliant. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to organise a hens do.

Hen Weekends helped me organise my sister’s hen party in London in November 2025, and I would highly recommend them. They took all the stress out of the planning and offered a wide range of activities to choose from.
The accommodation was excellent and in a great location. They also provided a platform that allowed all the hens to log in and make monthly payments if they wished, which meant I didn’t have to worry about collecting money — such a great setup.
Although our contact person changed a couple of times, it made no difference, and the service continued seamlessly. Overall, the customer service and communication were excellent.

Our group had an amazing time with great experiences lined up that suited everyone, and it made the whole trip unforgettable. I’d definitely recommend Hen Weekends to anyone planning a hen do especially if you want a well-organised, fun, memorable weekend without the hassle of doing it all yourself! 💃✨

Had an amazing weekend in Barcelona for my aunties hen do , was so stress free as we had a package that included events and accommodation , also thank you for the added touch of prosecco when we arrived. Will be using again for my sister in laws hen 2027!

Hired the pink limo for a Hen Do in Paris and had a fantastic time. The whole party really enjoyed it. We had champagne included in our booking, a speaker system so we could play our own music, and plenty of stop offs at iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, before our final destination at the Moulin Rouge.

Prepare to feel like a celebrity with everyone snapping pictures of the limo as you pass by!

Great communication from the company, driver was also on time and took pictures for us.

Hen do April 2025 to Benalmádena. Booking started off well, although communications were a little unprofessional. Didn't get sent any details running up to the weekend, had to chase and chase them and finally got a response from a different rep.

-Accommodation was not as expected and very misleading though it was in a good location.no information about every rooming needing a largecash deposit on arrival!!!

- Our boat trip was very chaotic, the company doing thr boats tried to argue our booking didn't exist but somehow they managed to get someone else to take us out it was very stressful and embarrassing!!!! We could not get hold of anyone from hen weekends, I really started to think had we been conned.

-No details about transfers, locations, times etc. Luckier we used common sense.

-the restaurant/food booked for tapas was changed last minute, no negotiation and the food was very poor and not what we wanted.

I thought using these booking services was supposed to take the hassle and stress out of organising but in hindsight I wish I would of booked everything individually.

Would NOT USE AGAIN! Very disappointed with the limo service arranged by Off Limits for my sisters hen weekend. The limo never arrived, and we waited over 40 minutes with no update or support. The contact number provided was invalid, and none of us— including the hotel concierge could reach the driver. The text support service also offered no help. This completely ruined what was meant to be a special surprise for the trip.

We raised a formal complaint on 4th October. On 17th October, we were told the refund would take up to 10 working days, but no one contacted us again. When we asked to speak with the directors, we were ignored. After chasing again, the admin team admitted that the directors rarely respond to them either.

Only when we threatened legal action did the accounts team finally get in touch, and we received our refund on 14th November - over a month after our complaint.

The whole experience was unprofessional and stressful. I would not trust this company with your money or your event planning.

Brilliant service from start to finish , Heather arranged everything perfectly from the transfers to all of the activities for the 3 days , The bride and the rest of the group had the best time , would highly recommend this company , Heather was soo lovely to deal with , very efficient , quick responses made everything soo stress free , we went to albuferia and everywhere Heather organised more than met our expectations . amazing hen break thankyou soo much 🫶💚

Using this company really does take the stress out of planning for a hen doo, all money is paid individually to the website link you get given and everything is booked for you we did cocktail making and magic mike for my friends hen doo the only thing that slightly let it down is how far the hotel was from our events so there was a lot of travelling with no much time to get there it felt all abit rushed, however we had no problems with our events and everything ran very smoothly I would definitely use again.
