I’m very happy with the service from Hepburn & Hughes. I made an error during the ordering process and when I contacted them it was immediately resolved. My purchase (which is beautiful!) was processed very quickly.

Really poor service - the price offered at checkout kept jumping up vs an e-mail offer I was sent the night before, no one answered the phone numbers provided and no one replied to the e-mail I sent after placing my order at the (now) higher price, which I had to do as this was a gift. Clearly they are using some kind of dynamic pricing algorithm and that feels exploitative.

Beautiful piece of jewellery and delivered on time, the packaging could have been better as I had to find my own nice bag to put the small box and separate certificate and cloth cleaner in, I feel for the price a simple but nice velvety bag or something could have been provided rather than the cardboard delivery box, but recipient very happy! The website was very easy to use, self/explanatory, with excellent pictures. I liked that they showed a model wearing the pendant I was considering, so I could judge the size of it. Communication was timely and shipping to Canada was surprisingly fast.
