They sound like African scammers. You buy the product and pay for shipping but then they charge you for another $200 shipping to send it after you already pay for shipping and then communicate with you for a week and don't send anything and act like they're helping you.They never send the product. They are also the fake shipping company named logiswift.

I was scammed 500 bucks!! Do not trust them!!!

I was scammed from Herbal Empire Online. Do not order from them. I was told the package was there and still no product.I paid a lot on this purchase and didn't receive anything

First of all.this is for HERBAL EMPIRE STORE.I don't see their name on the list above but people need to know they are a scam too.I have been scammed in the past these people have a well put together website very intellectual conversation.answer every question just right.so I used chime for payment sent screenshot everything good.they told me 1to 2 hrs for shipment confirmation.waited..asked questions they told Me to practice patience.i told them they needed to practice telling the truth.the next day after stay In contact without a response throughout I finally got a response stating my package had been shipped but was on HOLD waiting for me to URGENTLY PAY AN INSURANCE FEE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED TO ME.this was not mentioned beforehand plus I had already paid 35.oo for shipping..mind you this site is supposed to be in CALIFORNIA.as I am in the states also.THIS WEBSITE STATES IN THEIR OPENING STATEMENTS WHEN YOU VISIT THEY GIVE REFUND FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT OR DISSATISFIED SERVICE..I HAVE REQUESTED...NO REFUND YET AND WE ALL KNOW THAT AINT GOING TO HAPPEN.

I placed an order..paid and everything was fine. I asked for tracking. They said they shipped it but never gave tracking. I screenshotted my original confirmation showing the shipping address. They went in a changed my shipping address! And they said that’s what I entered when I placed the order. Which was a lie. When I showed them the screenshot of the original confirmation showing the right address…they stopped responding. Report them to the FTC!! That’s what I did

Can't get money sent spent all day playing games

Someone took this website, raised the prices and made it a scam. I used this website non stop in 2019-2020 and I never had an issue. I tried to use it yesterday and they took my money. I’ve had to dispute it with my bank, and I’m praying they can issue me a refund. I don’t understand people nowadays. It’s a mental illness to take shxt this far! I’m so mad about it. STAY AWAY FROM HERBAL EMPIRE.

Total Scam site. Every positive review on here is from them. There isn’t a single person who’s ever received anything from herbal Empire. I personally have gone to law enforce
Cash app and my bank and reported them as scam and fraud. Same story as everybody else I sent well in excess of $350 and they were communicative and promised me that everything would come. I begged them not to rip me off because I’m a single mom and this was my last money I really needed this, but it was just yet another company that got me. If anybody knows of a real legit site that sends K2 paper please let me know I am at up to no good nine four nine at g male dot com help please really need the info.

I heard about site from a friend, I got online and it all seemed legit. Great communication until I cad app'd $350.00, ( $ZNG 74), after that NOTHING, NAD, ZIP, ZERO!
I have had nothing since. Only deleted messages that I did not delete. DO NOT, DO NOT, trust this site at all. I am following up with complaints in every agency I can!

I’m not gonna lie. I was told about this site by someone and instead of looking for reviews I just went with it. SO FAR…big mistake!(not really big, $350 nonetheless) The communication was great until the money was sent. And I’ve been checking the mailbox since. Like others there has been no response or anything. I’ll clean this up for sure if anything changes. Until then, I got to respect the game. THEY GOT ME!

Ordered a month ago, haven't received anything still, no customer service, no help. They just bullshitted, only thing they let me know was they received my money and that's it, two weeks later said I should receive on Friday, two weeks later still nothing. Scammed me for 425$. Their cash app is $joedirt29, don't waste time and money like I did.

Fraud, scam stay far away from these ppl. They change there numbers online and on what’s app. I paid $235 and then got a txt that I would have to pay another $200 for a “shipping insurance” and I would get 90% back, it was such bs. There’s a legit site but this is NOT it.
