Easy to order

Easy to order. Parcel took a few weeks to arrive. But emailing the help desk, they kept me informed of delivery times and progress.
Easy to cancel subscription, as I have 3 months supply and need to see if they work first, before ordering more.

good after sales customer service

Managed to sort my issue out once and for all, very good customer service to rectify the issue but the courier.

I ordered 2.5 weeks ago and nothing yet

I ordered 2.5 weeks ago. I'm yet to receive anything. What I am receiving is coming from China. I'm horrified at the airmiles involved in this supposedly herbal product, it was not obvious AT ALL when I ordered that this was not an EU company.
It may be amazing (I wouldn't know, not got it yet) but the environmental cost of this product is shockingly bad.

I've tried to cancel today, as clearly I won't need another 30 days supply being sent out on 27 April when I haven't received the first month's yet, and I've already received a very manipulative, persuasive sales email suggesting I pause my subscription instead of cancelling. My initial impressions are not great.

Multiple issues with these people. They charge you, lead you into a subscription with out knowing, and then don't even send you the product. DON NOT USE HERBIES!!!!!

Ordered from Herbies and they put me on…

Ordered from Herbies and they put me on a subscription without my consent. You can only pause the subscription not cancel it. Contacted them and they made out they were bending over backwards to help but were not helping at all. Scammers. Contacted bank who have blocked further orders. Have yet to receive the original order so have probably been conned there as well. Avoid like the plague!!!

Scam stay away they secretly sign you up for future payments when you buy one product and then give you the runaround when you try to cancel.I managed to pause my payment for now.it’s 9 hours since I contacted them about it and still haven’t been able to cancel.never again..

The best customer service EVER

The best customer service I have ever had in my life, responded instantly and sorted out my request with no ifs or buts. You can manage subscriptions yourself and for orders you can contact them and they exceed expectations. I haven’t even started using the product yet but as first impressions go, I’m super impressed!

I didn't realise that I had signed up to a subscription so when I say an order had been placed when I was not expecting it the customer services team were fantastic to ensure it was cancelled, directed me to where I could cancel the subscription and ensured a full refund was made. Hassle free, very supportive and outstanding service.
