Absolutely shocking experience with Herd. I returned an order to the exact address they provided, yet my refund was refused because the parcel allegedly “never arrived.” EVRI confirmed the parcel was delivered, so the failure is entirely on Herd’s side — either their warehouse or the address they gave is unreliable.

This is not an isolated incident: many Trustpilot reviewers report missing items, unresponsive customer service, and refusal to issue refunds even when returns are made correctly.

As a consumer, I followed all instructions and used the carrier they chose. I should not be penalised for their mismanagement. Avoid this company if you expect fair treatment or timely refunds — their returns process is completely broken.
