The suppositories gave me my UTI! I never had one & the only thing I did different was the suppositories. The PH balance cleaner is good.

I have been waiting three weeks on a package to come from these people when I finally call up there to get a refund because it hasn’t showed up. They tell me they don’t do refunds they re-ship the package. I asked the agent what if it doesn’t arrive this time then do I get a refund she said, unfortunately no—— there was no apology for me. Waiting three weeks on my package. There was no any kind of customer service offered for someone that has not received the products that they’ve already paid for. Not to mention the package that they re-shipped isn’t actually supposed to be delivered for a whole week —-that will be a month that I paid for my stuff and haven’t received it yet.will never order from this company again and I will leave a review everywhere I can think of to let everyone else know that this company is a joke. Upon ordering, they sure did not let me know that there was no refunds as a matter of fact, I believe that they said if you don’t like the products you can send them back in no questions asked and they’ll give you a refund I would’ve never bought anything that I’m not familiar with from a company that I’m not familiar with that Had a policy of no refunds. I would’ve never done that. BUYER BEWARE

I made a dupe order, emailed and requested it to be canceled, it was done right away and refunded.
So far all seems to be doing good.

So I started using this product I’m experiencing breakouts now and also aftering being free from any smell or problems now I’m experiencing all I’m sending back every product and will continue just using daily soap ladies do not use anything because the advertisement looks good

I have placed several orders from here. Arguably, a little overpriced for what it is, but I appreciate the clean and simple ingredients and honestly, most of the products work. (I've tried almost all of them by now) The shipping is irresponsibly slow to Canada, for no real reason, but other than that - no other complaints.

I’ve placed multiple orders with Her Fantasy Box and every single one has had issues — leaking products, incorrect items, missing items, and delayed shipping. My most recent order (#2647783) arrived with leaking body washes and missing items. I contacted support with photos and a detailed breakdown. They ignored four emails, then sent a vague response asking me to repeat everything I’d already documented.

After chasing them through their app, they finally approved a reshipment — and STILL sent the wrong item. The Yummy Body Oil was missing again. No apology, no accountability, and no response to my final messages. Meanwhile, they continue to send promotional emails like nothing’s wrong.

I requested a separate apology package to reflect the repeated failures. They refused, citing “policy,” despite admitting fault and acknowledging the severity of the issue.

Avoid this company unless you enjoy chasing refunds and being ignored. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau next.
