Ich habe mich für Heritage Traditions entschieden, weil sie einfach die besten Tweed-Baseballkappen haben. Das Verhältnis von Preis / Leistung ist meiner Meinung nach unschlagbar.
Der Service ist auch hervorragend. Besonders als Kontinentaleuropäer ist aktuell schwierig, diese Kappen (und auch die anderen Sachen) zu bekommen, da der Versand auf Grund fehlender Zollvereinbarungen zwischen der EU und GB exorbitant teuer wäre und Heritage Traditions gezwungenermaßen darauf verzichtet. Trotzdem versuchen die Mitarbeiter alles, damit an seine Sachen gibt.
Ich finde die Produkte von Traditions Heritage sehr gut und auch der Support ist top. Nur die blöden Zoll Bestimmungen vermiesen gerade den Einkaufspaß.

Shop bietet Rücklabel an. Möchte man Retoure schicken, wird eine Adresse in China genannt.Kein Label zugeschickt.
Trotz mehrfach Email Kontakt wird kein Label geschickt.Antwortschreiben passen nicht zur Fragestellungen. Rückversand kostet dann 30 Euro. Fakeware.

I bought a good quality but very inexpensive tweed cap on a recent visit to Scotland.
When I got home I unpacked the unworn cap and discovered that the brass popper on the ear flaps was not attached. The tweed had a small hole where the popper had been and both parts of the popper were attached to the ear flap.
Unfortunately, because we had been touring I could not remember for certain which tourist shop I had bought it from and I did not have a receipt.
I emailed Heritage traditions and asked what might be done and the response I got could not have been more helpful.
They asked for photographs to send for their suppliers and offered to send me a replacement.
Given that I felt partly to blame for the situation because I had not noticed the fault when I made the purchase, I offered to pay the postage.
I was advised that this would not be necessary and I received my new hat a few days later. Thanks Sam

If you are outside UK, you will end up with 40% import duty as a result of BREXIT!
I have actually been informed that before Purchase, the selling price is including duty to Portugal and of course, this is not the case as the products are shipping from Glasgow.
The quality of the products are good but not for the European Unions Citizens. Please take note.
PS: I did try to reach out but just disappointing.

Company is very proud of its 'tradition', yet its products are made in China! How do I know? I was charged 45% of the product's value as custom duty! They didn't mention any additional costs on their website at all. Custom duty from UK to EU is zero, but not when product is made in China (they admitted it on the custom form).
Scarf I bought looks awful, colours are nowhere as vibrant as on their website. Pure scam.
