Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your honest feedback and completely understand your disappointment, particularly as the collection had been arranged two weeks in advance and you understandably expected the vehicle to be ready on arrival.

We’re sorry your husband was left waiting while the vehicle was prepared and then experienced a further delay before the handover was completed. Regardless of the disruption to his journey, we recognise that the collection process should have been more organised and efficient.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that everything from your first phone call through to collecting the car was a 5-star experience, but we’re disappointed that the after-sales experience hasn’t matched that same standard.

We understand your frustration regarding the window regulator and the process of arranging the repair, as well as still waiting for your V5, spare key and book pack. We appreciate that having to chase outstanding items can take away from what was initially such a positive experience.
