My scales arrived very late after multiple follow ups
When they arrived they did not function
When I complained they offered a discount.
The discount is worthless as the scales don’t function.
They do not reply to ny emails for return or foe the warranty I paid for.
I have now filed dispute with my bank and Pay Pal

This company is a joke. Customer service is terrible. I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days). After a week, I contacted them to get an update and was told one of my 4 items were on back order so they were waiting for it to become available before shipping all at once. I followed up again and they told me “good news, your item is in stock and shipping this week” that was 2 weeks ago and when I reached back out the reply I got was my items were out of stock. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m now waiting to see if I’ll get my refund.

It did ship fast and seems to work okay so far (not sure how accurate the sleep and stress features are when I had a anxiety attack during the day but it said my stress level was normal all day 🥴 and I tossed and turned all night one night and it said I had a good nights sleep 🙄) I am currently arguing with the company because the ring is way to large for me so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size but I was told I would have to ship it back at my expense and then send the company the tracking number and proof of return and once it’s received at their warehouse I will receive the replacement. Nope, not happening. They advertised on their website multiple times in multiple places “money back guarantee” “every penny back if not satisfied”. Then you can’t even leave a review on their website!!!!!

When I called customer service they told me that it could take some time before the order would get to GoFo, so that tracking would update?
Shipping delays or being a small company I could have sympathized with, but the answer I got didn't seem genuine.
Like others I started to worry I had been scammed. I wish there were updates from others to see if their issues resolved to see if it's actually legit.

Terrible customer service. Purchased the smart ring and reached out PRIOR to shipping to manage my order/change the size. They did not update the order before shipping. Had to return the ring AND pay shipping with order number, sent them the tracking number multiple times, followed up with multiple emails. Response time is very slow and most of the time they do not respond at all. I have asked for a new ring or a refund. Crickets.
Don’t waste your time with this company. Spend a little extra and purchase the Oura. Very upsetting.
So, you need me to the information a 15th time?
For anyone reading this, I sent them the order number and tracking number AGAIN. No one contacted me!

I just about love everything about the ring but the one thing I’m disappointed with is that for me it doesn’t stay charged for the 6 days it’s supposed to.

I like the functions, style and fit/comfort with my of the Herz P1 ring. However, it’s supposed to have a 6 day battery life and mine is only lasting two days. I have taken care to only recharge when prompted. I have only had the ring for about three months and I’m very disappointed with the battery life.

Update1: after receiving a response quickly to this site, I was informed one of the two rings was “suddenly out of stock”, which was delaying the entire order. They gave two options - I chose the second to get the in stock items now, the out of stock ring at the end of April (supposedly when back). No response to my email, no confirmation that the order is shipping, no change on the website to my order status. Service continues to be poor.
Original; Service has been horrible so far - shipping delay without explanation. Submitted an email with order number asking for update - no response. Still waiting

Excellent ring does everything you need good battery life. Not sure if the sleep monitor is 100% accurate but apart from that excellent

Order placed 7 Mar with delivery stated 3-5 business days. That was 27 days ago and still no sign of the product. I chased through Paypal and had the postage refunded. They stated they are a small business and working hard to fulfil orders but it would be sent in the last week of March. It's now the 3rd April and I'm worried this is all a scam now.

The ring worked for about three weeks and then stopped connecting, got hot whilst charging and didn't register anything. I have sent 8 emails, had my partner in the US call and text and ive had one response which was the equivalent of "have you turned it on and off again" yes sir I have done all trouble shooting... That was the only time a customer service rep has replied. I dont want this appalling product and want my money back but I cant get in touch with anyone to start that process. Appalling product, appalling customer service. Avoid.

Delivered on time but I need to return it due to a sizing issue. I first contacted them about this 6 days ago, and twice since then, but have had no response.
Update - Downgrading to one star following the unhelpful reply. I cannot reply on the trustpilot platform and I certainly won’t be providing the personal information you’ve asked for on a public platform. Instead, please reply to one of the many emails I’ve sent you in the last week.

I love this ring but I ordered the wrong colour. Sent several emails and was asked what colour I required. I replied. Since then I cannot get a reply to any emails. What about the 60 day return guarantee. Got no reply regarding how to do this. Terrible customer service I advise people not to use this company, there are much better companies out there

Ordered a smart ring on March 13th and to date, March 30th, have had nothing, no delivery, no reply to any of my emails asking where my order is, nothing. I wouldn't go near this company and I will be asking my bank how to retrieve my money. Steer clear!
I’m not sharing my details or order details publicly, I have emailed 3 times now, I will go and send another, hopefully it t gets a reply.

I ordered a ring on 2/22 and immediately tried to cancel my order after I further read reviews. I received a response the next day that I could not cancel as it was already processed for shipping. I received it on 2/26. I used the size guide on their website but when I got the ring it was too big. I asked to exchange it immediately and sent it in according to their instructions. After several attempts to follow-up I finally heard back on 3/9 saying they received my return and I should receive the new ring in 5-7 days, here it is 3/24 with no ring and no response from the company. At this point I feel I am being scammed. BUYER BE AWARE.
