Extremely poor quality. No arch support as advertised. The backs of the shoes have zero support. Now for the returns process.

Do not buy from Hester Melbourne. In big bold letters on the website it says free returns - very misleading. In this instance the shoe didn't fit and the quality was shocking!!
If you opt to return and get a refund:
1. They will strongly suggest you to get a store credit
3. If you want to send back, it's to their 'international returns centre' in China and not worth the cost to send.
Don't waste your time. I wasn't interested in a store credit as the shoes are terrible! Very disappointing.

My order took three weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, I was absolutely disgusted with the quality.
I had to throw both pairs of shoes straight in the bin. One pair arrived broken, and the other was made from such cheap, flimsy plastic that I actually put my finger straight through the material while putting them on!
The quality is absolutely appalling. This is without a doubt the worst purchase I have ever made.
How can this company advertise itself as an Australian company when the products are shipped from China? Customers deserve honesty about where their products are coming from and what they are actually paying for.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They put on a front as an Australian based company, but really they manufacture and ship from China. The quality of the shoes I bought was terrible… sneakers feel like plastic. When I requested a refund (website says 100% refund guaranteed) they try to placate you with a store credit and not returning the original product. When I declined this and requested the refund again they then pull out the shipping returns policy… which is actually not on the website. The returns policy requires the customer to pay international shipping fees back to China using tracked shipping. The cost of this would be more than what it cost to make the shoes. Don’t fall for this company…. They’re scammers.

Received my Lyra Orthopaedic Cloggs. Nothing like the item advertised. Poorly made, not leather and definitely not orthopaedic. False advertising. This company does not have an Australian base, the website is misleading and terms and conditions for returns are not clear. I got sucked into a scam!

False advertising. My Briony™ Orthopaedic Cushioned Trainers had no orthopaedic support or cushioning. The company website infers it has a shop based in Melbourne Australia but it does not. They said it would arrive in less than a week but took multiple weeks to arrive & it was flown in from south east Asia. Very disappointed that I was tricked into thinking it was an Australian company and purchasing a sub standard shoe.
