Ordered on 20th November

Ordered on 20th November. One item only was stated as preorder which has since passed. Since told a different item was also a preorder & had hit a delay but was reassured it would be being shipped. Time for this has now passed. Email again the time period keeps being changed. Ask them to answer questions about the status of my other items and they don’t answer the questions. I’m no further forward knowing what’s happening! How this is run is bad, they should take some orders then close the until they can be fulfilled before taking more if they can’t keep up with production! They make them instead of keep them in stock and ship all together which is highly frustrating as if one hits a delay your waiting and waiting and waiting. I’m persevering as we want the plushies as they look nice and Dawko has designed them, but think he needs to find a new manufacturer to run this for him.

I ordered 3 plush fnaf stuffies around…

I ordered 3 plush fnaf stuffies around November 23, 2023. I received my order confirmation email and they had withdrawn from my account the 23rd. I waited until December 4 2023 to contact the company about my order and it's status. I was emailed back that it would take 6-8 weeks. January 17, 2024, I had still heard nothing about my order or shipment. So I emailed the company again. This time I was told they were having problems in production and asked if I would like to cancel and be refunded. I opted to cancel and I will see if I get refunded, I did receive the cancelation email. This whole customer service experience is done via email. I had asked 3 times for a customer service phone number to talk to a human, but that was a completely ignored request and there is no phone number anywhere (Warren James or hex store). There is also only one name the whole customer service experience has as well, "Malik". So not sure if it is only one person in customer service or no one takes responsibility. Good luck if you order from this company.

Update. I was refunded the 22nd of January 2024 a total of $0.00. I'm reporting to BBB, consumer protection and see what there is for scam reporting.
This is a terrible company and how are they in business.

Hex shop scams you!!!

We ordered 4 plushies in November we was receiving emails up until the 8th December then nothing no email to track our order yet it stated when checked on the app shop that it told me to download the it had been delivered on 11th December which is not true so we have lost 142 pound and my son is left without christmas presents disgusting no email back from the company either 😡🤬
