Liar liar pants on fire. emailed and in late Dec said that it was couriers issue. Emailed them subsequently and the email is not in use nor is the website active anymore. money gone forever.

Robbing - Lying - fake company - How sad that so many people have been scammed the same as me, I ordered two world maps in August, they clearly lied and said stuck in customs, I have demanded my money back....still no money...still no maps...nice robbing thieves.

Never received the map even after 2 months, it is not even in my paypal transactions, i dont know if it got refund by default for everybody or they just stole it and disapear :( mail or domain is now non existent.

Your Hex Traveller map comes in a tube which customs usually investigate for longer as it is completely sealed. So this why your order is currently delayed.

Worst experience ever!! Ordered a simple map for a Christmas at the beginning on NOVEMBER - it is now January 23rd and still no package!! No customer service and every time I try contacting them, I get a generic response that give me nothing - be very weary ordering from this company!!! They robbed me!!!

I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO IF POSSIBLE! Total scam. Same issues as the others - useless replies from their 'customer service' and now the website doesn't exist, the emails are all bounced back and NO MAP!!! This was a Christmas present for my 7 year daughter!!

I ordered two paintings on nov 9 and I still have not received them. I've contacted support two times and I got the same polite but useless answer both times, that the order is on its way (untrackable) and probably just got stuck in customs. But seriously, stuck in customs this long? It makes you wonder if they put something else in there with the paintings. Like illegal stuff. I've started to give up hope on ever receiving them. It was an expecive lesson for me to learn. From now on I will allways check trustpilot before ordering something!!! Hopefully this site can save a lot of people from doing the same misstake I made!

Yeah, like everyone, I got scammed, found the site through Instagram ads; bla bla. I'm in contact with Shopify to see what their customer service can do, after all they are processing the payments.

I ordered an item from their online store which looked promising and completely professional on the 22nd of November. I emailed back and forth to 'Nicole' at Hex Collections only to be reassured (falsely) that the item was at my local customs office and as the item is in a sealed package, it will take longer to process.
I haven't had any update since whatsoever, and tried emailing Hex after reading reviews to find that the email bounced and their website has since closed down.
This is such a scam and i will be following this up with my bank. I urge anybody reading not to order anything and get in charge with your fraud team at your bank to obtain a possible reimbursement.

Ordered a unicorn mug for my girl and had an email 14 dec stating it had been sent and should arrive within 5 days. My girl has checked the post nearly every day and at the beginning I said it must be the Christmas rush. But at beginning of January I sent an email (didn’t bounce then) heard nothing so resent last week but received a bounce. This week I tried again - still a bounce then I checked website- non existant, fb page - non existant and Instagram - non existant. So they got my money and now have made a runner - angry and disappointed. If they emerge again please we aware they are scammers!!!

I ordered over two months ago and I have received nothing. From the mailconversations I had they seemed to want to make me believe that "the parcel was stuck with local customs".
As I mailed them today, the mail bounced and I saw this thread after some googling.
I have now cancelled my card, I am in the process of trying to get my money back and I have also reported them to the police for fraugery. So simply put, these people are out to SCAM you - do not order!
