It is a complete SCAM. I contacted my Bank and as soon as they contacted them they gave me a refund. I’ve also reported them to the Cyber and Fraud unit of the UK police force who are investigating. All of the 5 star reviews are from fake accounts btw

SCAM! I should have looked it up! Complete hoax and scam. Shipments never arrive. They have a fast and friendly customer service that will calm you for weeks before you realize that you have been fooled and your money is gone. Gladly, it was only a couple of bucks that I am still trying to get back from my credit card company, but it was probably worthwhile the lesson not to trust anything on Facebook or Co.
I can only wish very bad things to the criminal owners. I really hope that Karma strikes back!

I've ordered a cup at the beginning of November and never received it. I've been battling with the customer service for a refund but never got anywhere with that. I've considered this a lost battle... I wish I looked at the reviews before!

I have received my HEX Map and it is just awesome! Their team is super helpful and professional. Great customer service! Half of my coworkers ordered their maps when they saw mine. Hats off :D

DO NEVER ORDER on Hex Traveller website, it’s a scam. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY MAP AND ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS THAT I’VE ORDERED IT.

This is a scam. Ordered my items at the start of November. 2 months later, still no items.

I have filed a dispute with my bank.

I experienced very friendly and helpful service from the client service consultants at every step of the way. Will certainly order some of their cool products again soon!

Stay away from this Company. Ordered my items 2,5 moths ago and still have not seen the products. The Company policy states that you can not get a refund unless you return the bought items. Clever! It is pretty hard to return anything when they are never sent to you! Scam!

I ordered my map on Nov 23rd and still have not received it some 7 weeks later. Do not order from them.

I placed an order from them 22nd November and still not received my map. I have been back and forth via email with the same person called Nicole!! Who claims my poster should be with me ‘next week’ every time I speak with her.
I have asked for a refund 6 times, no refund. Claim to be sending me a replacement which still hasn’t come.

I ordered Christmas presents on the 15th of November and on the 1st of January I still haven't received what I ordered.
The customer service is totally NOT helping,they kept on writing me that the parce was about to come but that wasn't true and moreover they send everything with no tracking number,so they actually CAN'T know if the package is about to arrive or not..so they just keep on telling boolshits!

I saw an Instagram add from them........I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED...It is a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
It's been 25 days since I ordered the product I wanted.

After 2mths n My parcel never arrive!!! Customer service replied and keep telling me is on the way, resend the new parcel, customer take longer to clear. 1 said can't provide tracking number , 1 provide tracking number but after 4days, system still can't found. They will do whatever they can to cheat customers!!!

My item was never dispatched. I was not aware of trustpilot before now, otherwise I would never buy from them.

Please so not buy from them.

Ordered a product and tried to cancel order within 30 minutes of placing it. Reached out to customer support 3 times over the next 3 days and when they finally answered me they said it was too late because the product had already shipped.
I ordered the product on November 9th, it is the 26th of December and just today I received an email from Hex stating that my order has shipped.... Horrible company. Also found same products at much lower prices on other websites.

Overall good experience with them. The Travellers map came (albeit a little later than expected) but very impressed with quality.

I ordered something for my wife for Christmas on the 22nd November. 7 to 10 working days passed, or whatever they gave for shipping, and no sign of the product. 2 emails to their customer support got me back 2 lame replies the latter with a vague assurance I'd receive my order in the "week prior to Christmas". As of today, 24th December I havent received anything. Is it a scam?
They are making lots of sales if you believe those b.s. pop ups on their website.

Megascam!! No delivery, no refund and the same email back from ”custumer service” every time.
